Unfortunately this thing didn’t even last 7 months.

The dishwasher does not dry the dishes and you end up having to hand dry them with a towel, And if you do not leave the door open it starts to stink They say you should add this drying liquid in order to get the dishes fully dried they do not have a disclaimer when I bought this that I would have to use this in order to dry my dishes total BS Next week I will begin the process of trying to change out to a different model because I bought two of these one for my daughter and one for myself both are not Drying

We received this dishwasher on 10/28/20 after waiting several months for restock. As researcher, I looked as several and this came out to be the best. Used it twice and it stopped draining on 11/12/2020. Best Buy has sent out parts and several technicians who are still not able to fix it. One tech said the drain pump is bad. It is currently sitting in our kitchen until we can come to a resolution with Best Buy. I wanted to like it considering you can barely hear it running.
