This replaced an ancient dishwasher that worked beautifully until it started leaking, didn’t make sense to spend about the same amount to fix as to buy a new one. I should’ve fixed it. With this dishwasher, my dishes Only come out clean when I run it on heavy wash, high heat, steam, extra dry. I completely rinse all dishes and have to scrub some if I have any hope of them coming out clean. And I’m not talking about dishes with baked on food. They also do not fully dry, unless you leave it on night dry, overnight, then leave the door open the next day, they will then be dry by evening, mostly. I use the recommended soap and rinse aid. I gave 5 stars on cycle options but only because there are many, it’s just none of them work. Final thought, if you buy this, you will be hand washing your dishes anyway.

It does not clean dishes very good. When you pay $1000 for a machine and this is what you get, it’s very disappointment, I bought another machine to replace this one.

We are experiencing an intermittent issue with the dishwasher pausing by it self, and we find lots of moisture on the controls. Since it does not occur every time we use it, we have been reluctant to contact Best Buy for repair. It most likely won’t happen when the repair person is here. At this point we believe the door is opening slightly causing the issue.
