If it weren’t for the upper utensil drawer I love I would give it 1 star, but the adjustable tines are a joke , and don’t even think about pulling/rolling the bottom main shelf out onto the door to access the dishes without it derailing. OMG!!!! Pain in the petut…

It does not clean dishes very good. When you pay $1000 for a machine and this is what you get, it’s very disappointment, I bought another machine to replace this one.

We are experiencing an intermittent issue with the dishwasher pausing by it self, and we find lots of moisture on the controls. Since it does not occur every time we use it, we have been reluctant to contact Best Buy for repair. It most likely won’t happen when the repair person is here. At this point we believe the door is opening slightly causing the issue.
