Bought this dishwAsher about a month a ago and all went well until the other day, when it quit working. Had to get LG out to replace the control board. It seems that LG is having issues with control boards across a variety of products. 2 months in had to replace the board on my new fridge and stove. 3 out of 3. I will never buy LG again.

After 14 months, it went from whisper-ISH quiet to chainsaw loud. Parts aren’t available at the usual online outlets, so you’re left dealing with an LG hedge maze. If you insist on buying, then I implore you to get the over-priced extended warranty. Either way, they get you coming and going.

I was very exited replacing my old dishwasher with new LG dishwasher. But now I'm disappointed. It is very quiet however doesn't dry dishes well. If i would have chance, i would exchange for different dishwasher.

It has been a month since it was installed. It did not work from day one. When we finally got a service man out, he said it would need to be replaced. So, it will be another month and a half before our replacement can be delivered.

Internal leak shuts down this dishwasher. BB won't do anything to help exchange it. This is a lemon...stay away!

For the price of this dishwasher the bottom rack should not continue to fall off the tracks, can't pull it out more than halfway or it falls off the tracks. Seems to clean dishes fine but poor quality bottom rack.

Loved it until it died 15 months after purchase. Control panel stopped responding. LG service has been awful to work with. Save yourself the time and hassle.

Never receive it !!! Delivery day came and went. No dishwasher ever arrived ! No one called to tell us when it is coming. Still don't know. Service is horrible !!!

Dishwasher looked great and we liked the specs. Unfortunately our door leaked - not sure if it was the seal or what. Not what I expected from LG - as their stuff is usually bulletproof. Returned and bought a Kitchenaid.

Broke after 16 months: Door is locked and will not unlock, attempted reseting, did not work, so either a control board and/or door latch mechanism

this has never worked and I have been dealing with LG for months and still not working.

This thing has only been problems since we bought it. This will definitely be my last LG purchase.

This product is giving me trouble in less than a year of usage. The control buttons arnt working

Purchased June 2019, December 2020, geek squad came out and says I need a new one!! Too expensive to repair.

Purchased this back in January and it worked perfectly until it didn't... I would notice the cycle ended but when I opened the door, there was water at the bottom of the tub. This happened a couple to times. Called LG and was told there was probably a short power outage. I don't buy that at all. Then every so often when I started it, there was flashing of the middle button and a dinging sound. I would open it, rearrange stuff and then it would start. This happened intermittently until the other day. I called LG And they sent over a tech. Between the time I called and today, I tried the machine again and it worked! Thankfully, I kept the appointment. It turns out there is a problem with the latch on this model and it senses the door is not secure and won't start OR it will cause water during the cycle to get into the circuit board and short it out mid cycle, hence the water on the bottom! They are replacing the latch and giving me the new and improved waterproof circuit board. Hope this helps if your are experiencing these issues and not seeing any error codes. Other than that, I like this model and love the third rack. Blessings

While I never thought I would be the type to rave about a dishwasher, this LG dishwasher has made my life much easier, and it is incredibly kid friendly. First, the basics: The cleaning options are great. There are many different settings to get the clean you need, and I LOVE the third rack. I was skeptical that items on the third rack would be cleaned thoroughly, but it really does get just as clean, and now I don't have to search for small spoons or tall items that have slid through the cracks. Some of the Perks: It is so quiet! Maybe I feel that way because I have a toddler and no longer know what true quiet is, but I often don't even realize that it is running. I love the delay start option, and the fact that you can turn it on from your phone (although I rarely use that) -- but in terms of kid friendly, it is quiet, the buttons are completely concealed when you close the dishwasher, and you can start it remotely. I really like this dishwasher - and although probably not the place the review, the Best Buy folks that came to install it were tremendously helpful and patient. Overall, one of my best purchases in 2018.

Read consumer reports on this dishwasher after I bought it. Terrible reviews. Fingerprint magnet. Washing and drying cycles total 2-3 hours! The twines or sticks in the dishwasher constantly fall even when you snap them in place. Dishes do come out clean and dry but I’d prefer a less fancy unit. My boyfriend is an auto mechanic and often asks me for help on how to start it. Takes 3+ button selections to start. ANNOYING!

We purchased about 2 months go, so far it’s been outstanding .. granted our old dishwasher was old, (13yrs ) so it sounded like a gravel paving machine and it was a hit or miss on whether you got clean dishes. This new machine is so quiet you can’t tell when it’s on and the dishes are spotless ...I mean spotless

This WiFi enabled dishwasher with quad-washer and true-steam is the most amazing machines I've ever owned. We've had this dishwasher for a little over a week now. We still regularly forget it's running because of how quiet it is! Love the simplicity of the panel, the number of washing options & definitely love the lighting. We didn't have lighting in our previous dishwasher & I didn't think it was necessary, but it's helpful. The racks are adjustable with adjustable tines top and bottom, top rack can be raised/lowered easily, and the third rack has a section which also can be lowered if needed! We have never been happier!! Each product displays an elite level of quality and craftsmanship that will not go unnoticed. I highly recommend LG and will continue to use their products for years to come.
