You hardly notice that it's even running. Compared to our previous Concorde jet landing dishwasher, this is absolutely heavenly! Love the 3rd row silverware tray and how it dries the dishes. Well worth the $$

Bought a few months ago and cleaning dishes is very easy features are great. The steam cleaning feature let's the dishes look new again. The auto download feature is great and the cycles are whisper quite.

Thank God I purchased the LG extended warranty on this. I’ve hand washed more dishes in the time I’ve owned this dishwasher than I have in my entire life. In the 19 months I’ve owned what is supposed to be one of LG’s top of the line dishwashers, it’s had to be repaired five times. The worst part is that it’s still not working properly. The first time was under the manufacturer’s warranty. After over a three hour wash cycle, my dishes still had food on them. After the first repair tech had been over twice and couldn’t diagnose the problem, I called LG and demanded they send someone else. They sent another tech who was finally able to diagnose that the Lower Spray Arm was not working. The second time occurred after 17 months of ownership. The display on the control panel wasn’t working properly. Where it displayed the time left in the cycle, the top line was not displaying on the first number. I called my LG Premium Care extended warranty, and they told me that they didn’t cover that type of thing. They said because the dishwasher was still operating in terms of cleaning the dishes properly, they wouldn’t cover it. I called LG directly, and as “an exception” they said they send out a new control panel and send someone to install it. The third time occurred after 18 months of ownership. The motor stopped working and had to be replaced. The fourth time occurred immediately after the motor was replaced. The Extra Dry function stopped working. I’m still waiting on that to be repaired. The fifth time just occurred. Now it won’t drain properly. When the cycle is over, a big puddle of water is left at the bottom of the dishwasher. Every time something happens, I have to wait anywhere from a week to a month to have the parts come in before the repair can actually happen. Even though I still have 17 months left on my extended warranty, I’m seriously considering calling it quits on this dishwasher. Of course I will not purchase another LG.

Cleans and drys great the cycles on the dishwasher are long shelf adjustments are great.

We’ve had our new dishwasher for a month and so far it’s been great. Cleans well, dries well and we now use our dishwasher more than ever. This model is super quiet. We can be watching a movie in our adjacent family room and would never know it’s on.

I love this dishwasher, it is very quiet and the light inside is very convenient. The third rack is very helpful and the second rack is very easy to drop when taller items placed in the self.

So far no issues. Much quieter than our last dishwasher. Cleans well. Would like racks to be a little more robust. Not sure how well the racks will hold up later on. Happy with purchase

Best diswasher i ever purchased. Very quiet and a light in the diswasher is handy during the night time.

Good dishwasher - quiet and washes and dries very well. Still trying to learn new tricks that are available via WiFi and app. Have not found this functionality revolutionary , except that it tells you when the cycle is finished.

Excellent dishwasher so quite that nobody knows it is running. Does a great job of getting everything clean and the light is just a bonus that we love.

I can't believe the cleaning power of this dishwasher with jets on the door, really cool. It's 42 db. which is a nice quiet. I looked at 2 other dishwashers which were quieter but didn't fit my space. This is a good unit.

This dishwasher is clean quick and quiet. We don’t have any problems with spots or food residue. It does the job.

I love my new dishwasher it gets the dishes clean and when it's running I have to double check it to make sure it is still running since it is so quiet

What a quiet and easy to use dishwasher. The dishes come out sparkling clean and is extremely quiet. I almost have to stand there to make sure it is on

So quiet. Can use all 3 racks. They roll easily. The interior light is helpful. Dishes are clean and dry.

Features i love are the inside light, top rack for silverware, ability to adjust first and second rack height and so quite!

Very pleased with the purchase, it is doing a great job of cleaning, the third rack is very helpful. We like it.
