Only drawback was something is wrong with heating element as nothing dried for me. Ended up selecting a different dishwasher….only to be delivered end of January

I love all the options for moving the components around to accommodate larger or oddly shaped items. It doesn’t always clean the cutlery well enough though.

I got the Totaltech program/membership and is really worthy. I confess I was skeptical. We changed our minds about a refrigerator style and you got 60 days to return. I was nervous because is a REFRIGERATOR...It was like "changing a shirt"...No problemat all!... Best buy will pick the ref. they will bring and connnect the other one and even more...BESTBUY told me to keep it for up to 60 days, since the SAMSUNG model we decided is on backorder! Wow!....Worthy! 44 db of the LG DISHWASHER and you can not notice if the dishwasher s on or off. I thought about a BOSH DISHWASHER but when you have to wait MONTHS to get it...that is crazy. Between SAMSUNG and LG you can feel the LG quality...Just test and open the doors. LG is close to BOSH ...Both you "feel" how "heavy"they are I have SAMSUNG products in my kitchen but for the dishwasher...LG won! Pembroke Pines Florida, Bestbuy store has a great staff!

Decent dishwasher with an unknown issue.

When we first got it, it was fantastic. It was very quiet and it cleaned very well. After about 10-11 months of ownership it started making an obnoxious thumping noise and began leaving some items less clean every now and then. We had LG come out several times, and replaced various parts and motors which did not fix the issue. LG eventually offered a refund but was unable to replace the unit for some reason. Fantastic customer service all around, but with this being a newer model, I don’t believe I would buy this specific one again.

LG - Yes Life is Good!

Some of the features included expandable 3rd and 2nd racks, along with a steam feature. Have done several loads and love it...LG's technology is awesome.

Kyle from Elite Installers installed my dishwasher and he was very professional and helpful. He took the time to explain all the functions of the dishwasher even down to the racks. I’m very satisfied with everything about my install
