Also, we tried not rinsing the dishes (but scraping off the big stuff) and dishes didn't turn out as clean as we were hoping so we're back to pre-rinsing.

Touch sensors suck but it cleans well.

The 3rd lack looks good but it reduces the size of the items that can be placed in the top and bottom rack. Because of the 3rd rack, you cannot comfortable put tall things like plates and large cups in the top rack because it rubs against the 3rd rack. So you have to put all of your tall items in the bottom rack which now reduces the number of things you can put in the bottom rack. Now none of those things bother you, the dishwasher does a great job at cleaning the contents inside.

Be aware tat this dishwasher doesn't have a drying cycle; which I didn't realize before purchasing. It has an "air dry" cycle which doesn't seem as efficient at drying . However, I'm still getting used to it. No real complaints.

The delivery was on schedule and done in a very professional manner. It was done quickly and without any damage to the home or the dishwasher, the two guys were very professional and courteous. We will give a review of the dishwasher after one year of service.
