Disappointed with the dishwasher's drying at end of cycles. Did however like feature for silberware and third rack for bigger knives and lids

It cleans the dishes in just over 2 hours. This is a long time but that's not my complaint. 40 or 50% of the time the door opens during a late cycle and a chime goes off. The door is then tricky to close as it clicks but doesn't shut properly. It eventually will close but it adds a manual element to washing dishes that I wasn't expecting. Also if that happens when I'm around, the machine turns off and gives the illusion that it finished the job.

Have now been using for a couple of weeks and works very well. Has a lot of options that previous machine did not including steam and a longer extra dry cycle which assures everything comes out nice and dry.

I absolutely love this dishwasher! This was my first “big kid” purchase in my home. It was installed 2 years ago now and it still runs well and my dishes are nice and clean!

I'm thrilled with my new dishwasher! The half-load option is so useful and the drying options leave my dishes spotless and ready to put away. I was amazed to get such a premium dishwasher at this price. I've already recommended it to several friends.

We bought this dishwasher in Aug of 2021, - it started leaking and we contacted LG support; they sent 3 x a repair service, who confirmed the leak, ordered repair parts. The repairmen said they don't know what was wrong and advised us to ask for a replacement. The repair men are from a firm contracted by LG for service / repairs... these men told us that they see most problems with LG dishwashers! Here we are in March 2022... we have not had a working LG dishwasher since Aug 2021. LG support has been absolutely horrific - after 3 repair attempts and upon the advice of these service/repair men, we asked LG for the DW to be replaced - all LG support people will do is tell you "we are very sorry.... etc.", promise a replacement request is being reviewed and then stall the process by scheduling another repair service (the 4th) to come down to take more pictures, asking for serial numbers multiple times, forget to upload documents we send in their case mgmt system... This is malpractice imho

After 13 months of using it it’s still working like charm and now today I make another purchase from Best Buy a 65” Qled tv for a very reasonable price

Love my new dishwasher - everywhere i looked it was months to get it - got it from Best Buy in 3 weeks. Works great, service people who installed it were very professional. Received e-mails with updates which kept me in the loop as to when it would arrive.

A million times quieter than my 19 year old dish washer. So far it has done a good job washing the dishes. Versatile set up is nice inside. Lots of wash settings and ability to do half loads top or bottom has been nice.

I thought for sure this dishwasher would be super and I have done several washes and have had good stuck on each time. Seems to only work decent is when I use the steam option.

Some cons I have found: The drying cycle is very loud with a high pitch tone (hum). This begins before the Drying cycle begins so the sound is heard throughout the cycle and then continues at the END status until door is opened. There is a countdown to close the door once the cycle is to begin and if you miss the countdown (ie put in one more dish, move slower than the average person, etc.) the machine will beep at you with no indication as to what you did wrong. Sometimes I have found I need to power off, power on, select cycle, and tap start to begin count down again. And sometimes i feel like i have to slam the door quickly to beat the count down Top rack (3rd rack) adjustment switch to toggle between ladle vs flatware has never worked and it is stuck in a half up and half down status. Every once in a while it miraculously becomes unstuck. The racks all have adjustable prongs which never stay in an upright position even with only trying to use them in one position. The configuration is confusing in order to get them to stay up. The Best Buy delivery person installed the anti-tip brackets incorrectly and now the screws have stripped on one side and have scraped paint off of brand new unit. I am unable to close the door and beat the "start cycle" count down. Dishes must be spaced well for them to be clean. This last bit may be the case of any dishwasher but I was expecting something better from this one.

The dishwasher is 5/5. Buyer beware: Best buy customer service reps 0/5 rating third party delivery and install process also arranged by Best buy 0/5 rating.

Works good not a fan of the racks they never seam to hold the dishes well? Overall a good dishwasher!

I haven’t had the dishwasher long but it works great so far and that is the reason for 4 stars only. It also looks awesome with the other appliances.

Very good quality dishwasher. Just about everything is customizable in it. Only complaint is the rounded edges on the bottom basin, which can minimize the size of your cookie sheets. Otherwise great!!

Works well but doesn’t dry completely. Leaves some dishes always wet. Pretty quiet while running in comparison with prior model we owned. Racks are OK,

So far so good. Seems like a solid unit. My only issue is when I purchased it it wasn’t standard counter top height so it doesn’t fit all the way under my counter.

A rinse aid MUST be used with this dishwasher for it to function properly. Buying a brand new dishwasher is not enough. You must buy the rinse aid or they won’t even have it looked at for not drying completely. This magical solution will fix all of your problems. But if you do still have a problem, customer service will repeat “rinse aid” over and over again until they hang up on you. When you finally speak to a supervisor aka friend sitting next to them they say is a supervisor, you will realize they are wasting your time and just buy a rinse aid so your food can taste like dish detergent.

So far this dishwasher has been a great upgrade. It has a lot of great features and functions that fit our needs. I especially like the different drying options including "over night" dry, since we typically start the cycle when we are going to bed.
