I bought the previous version of this dishwasher at my former home, and loved it so much, that we've bought one for our new home as well. Love the functionality, the quiet running, wifi connectivity, and the versatility.

Was really looking forward to treating ourselves with a brand new dishwasher and spent the money on a good one since ours broke. Did tons of research this one was too reviewed and recommended. Of course there were reviews saying stay away having issues etc and of course we bypassed them since everything has its negatives. Welp boy was I wrong. Worked great, was loving it for about two weeks than guess what for $1100 you get a $2 dollar latch that breaks and now the dishwasher won’t shut properly and if you do get it to shut it pops open half way through and your whole cycle stops, than you can’t get it to shut again. Had the LG guy come out and the latch and whole control panel has to be replaced and guess what! We have to wait two weeks for it to come in! So Once again stuck with no dishwasher and no guarantees it’s going to work again. So glad I dished out $1100 to just be stuck with no dishwasher. Gave it two stars cause when it did work it was great. Quality and design 0 stars. Do yourself a favor and don’t get a top panel control bar and get one that has a handle to open the latch not just push and pull it open with force.

Very nice dishwasher. It functions so much better than the Samsung it replaced, which lasted us 3 years.

I like LG so far we had very little trouble with LG devices. This item was black, but in store it looked like stainless steel.

I'm very happy with the dishwasher but I was given a dropoff time of 7 to 1. I got a call last night changing the time to 12 to 2. I took the whole day off work for this delivery, they didnt show up until 3:15. I could of worked today if i had been told it would be so late. I called them at 2:30 to find out what was going on. I understand things happen to delay plans but i didnt even receive a call to tell me they'd be late, i had to call them.

I love the color. the 3 shelves, and all the water spouts it uses to clean. It holds more than my old one and is so quiet you can hardly hear it running.

really great dishwasher,has a energy cycle which we use and a short wash, there is only 2 of use, sometimes we have alot dishes,and use a regular wash,

Purchases back November 2020 and has had nothing but problems. Keep saying HE codes. Have had technician out here four times still can’t figure out why it will not operate. The process since it’s broke down has been well over a month and I still haven’t had it fixed or replaced. Pretty frustrating when you have a large family and depend on the dishwasher. Be aware

The tech did a great job, and neat... He got the old items out, the new ones installed, and cleaned every thing up without any problems.... He was pleasant with no swearing or fussing...

We’ve only had it for a week but this dishwasher does a beautiful job cleaning. Glasses sparkle and it’s quiet. It also takes less time than our last washer.

Professional installation and service provided. Just purchased an older condo and because of newer technology of appliances bought it was necessary to upgrade valves to fit the new appliance.

We have purchased but not sure how It world as the previous one is not good but this one Works great . Recommended

We love our new LG dishwasher. It has an automatic setting where the dishwasher chooses what setting is best to clean the dirty dishes.

I LOVE this dishwasher! My wife laughs at how I've shown if off to everyone who has come over since we've had it. The silverware rack on the top is my favorite feature.

Love it, the steam feature is wonderful? I’ve always had to rise off the dishes before washing, I’ve tested the best, this time with LG steam it finally works No pre-rinsing necessary

so far so good. It is definitely whisper quiet but the dishes don't seem to get dried even on the maximum dry setting

Too loud and buttons are hard to use due to barely show under countertop.

So far so good. Need to orgnize loading more now, but overall very good.

Really disappointed in this appliance. There is no drying whatsoever. I’m puzzled by other reviews that state their dishes come out dry. Mine are dripping wet no matter what cycle I choose. And the interior of the dishwasher is dripping wet for days. I have buyer’s remorse on this one. I do not recommend.
