My only complaint is quality of Drying which is not at its best. No one can beat Bosch when it comes to drying I think.

Horrible dishwasher

Best Buy replaced it. 3 weeks later the same rack broke. We asked them if this is a common issue. Best Buy said no. We called LG about it and they said yes it’s a common issue. LG came out with a better version. Hopefully the issue is fixed. Do not buy this version.

It has some nice features like a hour wash cycle. It can connect to alexa and tell you when your dishes are done. Now this may seem silly but it also has a light on the control panel for when you need to add rinse aid.

I spoke to 5 different people before I got someone who could understand me and that I could understand them! If you are answering calls in the US, you should be able to speak fluent English and be understandable to the target audience. Now I'm getting calls that my delivery of a replacement unit has to be rescheduled and every time I call, the automated system says my phone number isn't valid and hangs up on me. BESTBUY customer service is HORRIBLE. I will NEVER buy from BESTBUY again. I'll take my business to Lowes or HomeDepot.

They aren't even very dirty and we don't pre-clean them. We also have mostly glass and ceramic and very few plastics. We've dried different liquids, pods, and drying products with little improvement. I should have believed the bad reviews.

To help improve things a bit, you might want to try a couple of simple tips: if you haven’t already, go ahead and select the High Temp + Extra Dry option. Also, make sure the water coming into the dishwasher is at least 120°F when you start the cycle. Proper loading is key too—try not to overcrowd it and ensure nothing’s blocking those spray arms or detergent dispenser. And don’t forget about rinse aid; it’s super important for drying, even if you've experimented with different brands—our LG models really depend on it for that condensation drying effect.

The racks are a little bit wonky, misplaced and annoyingly fall down too easily. The most unusual thing is that this is hands down the loudest dishwasher I've had in over 20 years which is strange because it says it's db42 which is the lowest we've ever had.

POORLY MADE DO NOT BUY

We were very excited by all the features this dishwasher has, but the sliding racks break constantly. We had BestBuy replace this dishwasher 3 times and all 3 times the racks broke. And because I called Home Depot 16 days after the replacement came (policy is you only have 15 days to return or repair items), Home Depot won’t replace it.
