I then concluded after these two experiences, the quality of this product is not reliable. Swimming to Kitchenaid.

Unfortunately, did not have good experience. Drying and cleaning were not to the mark. After 3 days, suddenly showed AE code and the whole kitchen floor was filled with water. For next 3 days, intermittent noise as if water was being drained. Felt very disappointed.

I have used rinse aid, dried the tub with towels, just about everything, the dishes are dry but the racks are wet. I dry them before I close the door, but that does not help. Unless you leave the door open 24/7 the condensation continually builds the entire time if the door is closed. Huge disappointment. Just missed my return date so now I am going to buy another dishwasher - not an LG.

If it had worked , it has too many complicated options. Regular cycle is over-long. It is also too big for standard dishwasher depth.

Had to shut off the water to get it to stop. Never got to use it from the first clean run after installation.

We totally get your concern about the water still flowing from the spray arms after the unit is turned off and unplugged. That could mean there's a little hiccup with the water inlet valve not closing as it should.
