First, the "free" installation wasn't "free" since lines and water connections had to be changed. The machine came with the wrong bottom rack. But, worst of all, plates, bowls and glasses come out dirty, even after scraping off the loose food, as instructed by LG. Cooking spray, egg residue, dried-on sauces and other "dirt" remains. And some glasses come out with black spots; some even crack or break if they touch another item! I regret my purchase, especially since LG has not been able to provide any useful suggestions about how I can get this machine to work properly. Back to hand-washing! I'd get a new machine if they weren't so expensive and if installation wasn't expensive as well.

Had no dishwasher in my home as I had removed the old one in anticipation of the new one. No correspondence at all. Then I went to pick it up, and it wasn't where I was told it was. Finally picked it up and when I unboxed it, the dishwasher was dented big time. Re-scheduled the install, but they just dropped it off and never installed it. I had to pay someone to install it because of how long we were without one, and all I got was a $100 gift card. Missed 2 days of work waiting around, and came out of pocket more than the gift card value. Geek Squad is a joke, and it's blemeshing the reputation of Best Buy. I've spent over $30,000 furnishing my homes just in the last 6 years. Might be time for me to switch.

Very disappointed

I wanted movable tines. This one only has 1/2 movable tines. The top rack even lowered doesn't accommodate stem wine glasses. They hit the top rack and fall. And there is no plastic devices to keep them in place. I used to be an LG fan.

Utensils on top rack come out dirty as well. Middle rack doesn’t hold stemware so water is left in the glasses after cycle. Total waste of money!!

I’ve boughten $1000’s and $1000’s off BB. First time service sucked.

After that, we looked for reviews on dishwashers and decided to buy this dishwasher. It has been the best dishwasher by far since then we have moved twice and in both new houses, we purchased the dishwasher I will only purchase an LG dishwasher. They are quiet. They are reliable and they have amazing service.

The bottom rack prongs and wires are way too far apart and it makes it hard to wash small bowls that need to be washed on the bottom rack only. Also the silverware basket space should be more. It is more bulk plastic than space for silverware. The one hour wash is not as efficient on the bottom rack as i would like. We prerinse every dish too. My old dishwasher that this replaced had a great drying function. This one does not get everything dry.

I purchased the dishwasher in Rancho Cucamonga California. I was forced to buy a dishwasher install kit for 3499. I am installing it and did not need the install. Kit did not know That they charged me for the kit until I left the store and saw it on my receipt. Back to the store to tell them that I did not want it. It was the law that they had to sell me the kit never heard of such a thing I think that it was some kind of upsell, very disappointed. Last time I went to that store to buy a TV they were trying to sell me an electricity cleaner for $150. I was so upset I left without the TV and the so-called electricity cleaner. I think this store should be investigated about selling items, and adding them to your purchase without your knowledge. I will be taking this further. PS when I install the dishwasher myself. I will do a review on it.
