Funny when we first ran the dishwasher the first time, we could not hear it run. We actually felt the unit and Really thought it wasn’t running. But, in a few hours they were washed perfectly. Unreal how quiet this unit is! Cleans beautifully. Highly recommend.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this dishwasher at the end of 2021 and it worked fine until one day is started leaking all over our wood floors. Called LG for support and they sent a tech out 3 times and he was unable to find the source of the leak (not for lack of effort on his part, the Tech seemed to put in the effort). LG customer service is abysmal. All they wanted to do was to keep sending out a tech. They say their policy is to only replace when the same part fails 3 times. How do you replace a part when you can't identify the source of the leak!. After hours on the phone and escalations to a manger i've now been escalated to their "Presidential" team for resolution. As expected after several days I've still to hear back from them. Meanwhile we've been without a dishwasher for several months while they jerk us around refusing to replace an unrepairable device. Buy this (and from my perspective) any LG appliance at your own risk. Loved it while it worked, but if it ever needs service, good luck.

Tried different settings and adding a rinse but still have to hand dry most of the dishes. I do like the option to choose upper or lower wash cycle. If I knew it wouldn’t dry the dishes well I would have tried a different brand.

Runs a bit long (about 3 hours for standard wash) in my opinion but it gets the job done

The washing quality is outstanding. The third rack is a nice feature, but items within it obviously don't clean as well as the bottom two racks. Also, our dishwasher isn't within a safe range of our router. Unfortunately this makes it impossible to enjoy the smart features. We'll be looking into wifi signal extenders. Just know that if you're router is upstairs, or a good number of rooms away, you may have difficulty connecting the dishwasher to your network.

It does what it says it will do. The stainless interior stays clean, the lighting is more helpful than I had anticipated. No more pre washing dishes. It has cleaned everything we have put in it. Dirty pans that in the past we were used to pre washing. It just plain works! The third rack has been more useful than anticipated. Even plastic spatulas with cooked on egg and cheese came clean. I would recommend this to a friend!
