The screen does not display the numbers anymore. Now the latch appears to be failing. Contacted support, their best response was to find someone who repairs dishwashers. No help whatsoever. While it worked, it cleaned okay. Nothing great. Had better cleaning and durability from my Bosch dishwasher. Overall stay away, does not last.

It developed a leak and when I had an LG repair tech take a look at it I was told that the wash tub was bent and that it was not covered under warranty because it likely happened during shipping. Well Best Buy refuses to take it back because it's well past their 15-day return period so now i'm stuck with a $900+ paperweight with all parties pointing fingers at each other. Very disappointed in the whole experience.

If it weren’t for the upper utensil drawer I love I would give it 1 star, but the adjustable tines are a joke , and don’t even think about pulling/rolling the bottom main shelf out onto the door to access the dishes without it derailing. OMG!!!! Pain in the petut…

Paid $1200+ for this "higher end" dishwasher and I have never been happy with it from DAY ONE. It matched the rest of my appliances so I chose this unit. It NEVER dried properly from day one - always water on top of dishes. The plastic on the wire racks melted off within weeks, exposing the rusting wire underneath. I dealt with it all for a year, until the motor went on the fritz and started grinding and sounded like a jet engine - and I'm not exaggerating. Tried contacting customer service which was IMPOSSIBLE during COVID. Twice I waited on hold for next representative for more than 35 minutes before hanging up. We literally leave the house during the wash cycle. This is UNACCEPTABLE LG! This was a pricey dishwasher and is a piece of JUNK and I cannot get anyone from LG customer service to advise or even ANSWER. Very, VERY frustrated.
