This dishwasher gives me so many helpful options. I love the adjustable shelves and the top rack is great for utensils. The black stainless is a great color option too.

We love our dishwasher. It hooks up to the app so you are notified when done and can also start from your phone. Looks amazing!

We like the adjustable racks and additional silverware tray. The unit is quiet and does a great job. The controls are straight forward on top of the door.

Owned this about a year now, and this is the second time it hasn't turned on. I've done some online digging, and there is a design issue with the control panel. The first time I had to "open and close" the door for 30 seconds in order for the control buttons to “hopefully” connect the electrical connectors behind the scenes. Tried the same thing this time, and still no power. For such a nice machine (quiet and very clean dishes) - this power thing is infuriating.

I opted for the premier name in kitchen appliances, LG, for the dishwasher. The fit and finish and operating life are important decision factors. The control panel is on the top, making it convenient to set the functions while standing. Furthermore, the app controlled (Alexa and Hey Google) operation is a plus.

I will never buy another LG product after learning more about their service repair. I purchased this dish washer 1 and half years ago and it had multiple times where it would just stop working. Turning off the breaker and turning it back on brings it back for about 2 months. I did this twice. The third time it failed completely. After checking online it was apparent that many many LG dishwashers have this issue. I had forgotten that I purchased a warranty from Best Buy so I tried going though LG as they "Warranty" the motor and the controller. Their system will shut you out if your not with in 1 year, even though they warranty it for 5 and 10. I call that fraud. I then called many service companies around us, LISTED on LG's website. Each one refuses to do warranty repair on LG dishwashers. They just said "We don't do it". Wow. I ended up checking my Best Buy account and I was greeted with a 5 year warranty that i completely forgot I purchased. Happily I called and Best buy sent a tech out in 4 days. 4 days is pretty long but not too bad. BB shipped the new controller, but it turned out that it was not the controller. He had to reschedule for another week (8 days this time) to get the new part. Second Schedule here, no part. Tech called and said sorry have to reschedule until the 30th. 1 entire month. 1 entire month. I'm an engineer and could replace the parts myself. Called the 888 number and nope, cannot overnight. They don't have any idea when when or if we will get the part. I now know LG is just bad when it comes to service. This is most likely LG's fault and not best buys as I know from commercial and industrial warranties the manufacturer handles parts and shipping parts. Most likely consumer is the same. The Dish washer actually works great when it is working. There are two other brands I will be looking at next time. They are a bit more, but have good service from what i've heard from friends and online reviews.

first repair, after 6 months, mother board but under warranty. Second repair, 18 months in, slowly start not to complete full cycle, so dishes remain dirty and now, less then 2 years after purchase, variable motor is defective and not under warranty. will call repair man but chances are it won't worth the cost (400-600$). Also bought an LG fridge, washer and dryer and had or having issues with fridge (fixed) and washing machine (smells really bad, all the time even after tub cleaning cycle). No moreLG products for us.

Extra quiet, racks fold down for large items. 2nd and 3rd shelf adjustable. I have to program the WiFi application yet. This is a must for the kitchen!!

This thing is great. We find that if used with the best dishwasher packs, it works wonders. And so quiet! Like, crazy quiet.

This model is very quiet, actually opened the door during cycle to make sure it was running. Very happy with purchase

I finally upgraded to the year 2018. My old dishwasher had a loud decibel. This dishwasher is much more quiet, I forget it's on sometimes. The loads are longer - A small load can still take 60 minutes or more. I haven't hooked it up to the wifi option yet, but it's fine. I rather it not be "overloaded."

When we looked at different dishwashers in the store, this one seemed to fit all of the needs we had. It was well made (didn't feel cheap), had a stainless steel interior and a good number of cycles. However, once we started using it, we found that it has several areas that just do not make for a good dishwasher. 1) It frequently stops mid cycle due to a drain error. We know the drain is clear both in the hose and in the actual sink itself. Yet, it frequently has to be restarted. Sometimes, it even backs up into the dishwasher and the dirt is all over all the dishes. 2) The upper (actually middle) rack for glasses was not properly proportioned. Putting glasses and/or mugs in this row is limited and they all end up with a large amount of water on them even after the dry cycle. A little more thought into the size of the rows and the angle the glasses sit would make this a much better dishwasher. Would I buy this model again, not at all. I stayed away from Kenmore due to the current issues with Sears, but in retrospect, it might have been a better unit to go with.

Great dishwasher! It even has an app which makes it even more convenient. It is so quiet I had to check to make sure it was actually on the first time!

The dish washer looks great. The industrial design of the product is excellent and I think a lot of thought went into making it a great looking product.

During our kitchen remodel, we got installed 2 dishwashers. Both the same model. Very Quiet and 3 Rack helps a lot. My wife loves it.

The dishwasher works excellent. We definitely like the extra rack on top for utensils and knives. It fits a lot more than our old one.

Easily installed myself almost two years ago. Works awesome and have never had any issues. Great dishwasher!
