Called lg warranty department. It took them two weeks to send out there repair guy and it is going to take a month and a half for them to get the part to fix it. I would not recommend this product to anyone. Now I have a high priced black box that does nothing in my brand new kitchen. I would give this dishwasher no stars but the website made me give them one.

Door latch is failing

Then the latch on the door started intermittent failing after less than two weeks. Service people ordered a new one to go along with the replacement refrigerator also two weeks old.

Doesn't dry the dishes enough
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Our 15 yr old Maytag stopped cleaning the dishes so I read reviews and specs of different models for a week or two and decided on this model because it has the options I wanted and the reviews were great also it was on sale for a great price but once it was installed we found that the items in the 3 rack don't really get cleaned and the unit doesn't dry very well at all even when using the extra dry option I am going to try and do an exchange for another model.

Not Happy

LG came out and repaired once about 6 months after I purchased. Second failure was a control board. Cost me $90 to get a repair man out, then the quote was for $275 for a control board and $90 for installation with no guarantee that would complexly solve the problem. Going to Lowe’s to pickup a $400 dishwasher and will try my luck again.

The machine don’t work well

Stopped working after 1 year

It will completely stop working and we would need to unplug the power and replug it in for it to work and now exactly 1 year later it has no power at all we tried different thing but its has no power.

Does not dry

I does not dry at all, not even a little bit. The dishes are soaked, so we are forced to towel dry each dish as we empty it. Very disapointed in this product.

The dishwasher shuts of in the middle of a wash cycle stating the cycle has been interrupted. We bought a LG kitchen appliance package and have had trouble with half the appliances so far.
