Great when it works!!Not work the price if only lasts a year or so. Geek squad provided excellent service!! A&E services is the worst repair company. Purchased in 2018. Was great for a year then the top control panel broke. Had it replaced with the warranty. Then it started shutting off, beeping and showing HE. Called LG they said to do a reset. ( Turn off, unplug, wait then plug back in) it worked for a short time. Then a month later it did it again did the rest and that didn’t work. No steam or anything. Called again they said it will need to be repaired. Called geek squad they set up an appointment with A&E to come fix it. 2weeks later A&E never showed up for the appointment. Called A&E and they said I canceled. I let them know why would I do that it is not fun washing dishes by hand either kids!! Then Scheduled another appointment. This time called before the appointment and A&E said they would have to reschedule. I rescheduled again then didn’t show up or call me to say they couldn’t make it. So I called A&E and the lady said I will send the technician a message to call you and he should be there before 7pm. My appointment was 1pm-5pm. Still no call and show. I call back and the A&E office is closed, then get a message right after stating a new appointment is set for 7 days later. Well now I know A&E is really awful!!! 3 no shows almost 2 months with out a working dishwasher. Talked with geek squad and it was so great they made up for the horrible headache with A&E service.

This is quiet to operate and get the dishes clean. LG appliances always impress me. The black stainless is very appealing, also.

Like the extra rack on top, the silverware container is great the way it fits each piece, is really quiet when running.

Quite, easy to use. If you accidentally turn it on, when you didn't need. It will turn itself off in a few seconds.

Super quiet, it can be a bit tricky to use at first with all the features built in to it. However after you learn the system it’s wonderful. Replaced a 12yr old system so anything is better.

This unit is very quiet. So much so that one needs to listen carefully to be sure it's on! Only negative from me is that it takes forever to dry the dishes. I heard that this is true with all newer models.

So quiet I had to put my ear next to the door 2 make sure unit was working ! DISHES SUPER CLEAN !! LIKE FLATWARE TRAY !!!

I like the options to delay start, heat dry or air dry, upper rack for utensils. I have only used it a few times , but so far am extremely happy with the efficiency of it and how quietly it runs. Looking forward to much more usage in the future.

Easy to use and smooth operation. Dishes come out clean and almost dry. Dryer than when we had a heating element.
