Our old dishwasher was easily nearing the end and when this LG dishwasher went on sale, we bit the bullet and financed it. Biggest thing folks probably don't realize when checking out the washer... there is no heating element so in order for your dishes to actually get dry you HAVE to use a rinse aid. First night I used the dishwasher, I didn't have any rinse aid because I had never needed it. So when I opened the washer after the cycle was complete I thought to myself, crap, what have I just bought because everything was still wet-ish. First chance I got to go to the grocery store I purchased the Jet-Dry finish powerball quantum dish tabs along with the Jet-Dry finish rinse-aid. Fill up the rinse-aid container on the dishwasher wall completely. The dishwasher will use it sparingly as needed per wash and when it needs more, it'll tell you from a blinking button on the top. Dishes come out clean, clear and dry now! You can use the "extra dry" setting if super skeptic about the dishes getting dry (just a longer cycle). All in all, happy with it and it looks great. Really wanted the buttons on top so they weren't visible while the door was shut. Best way to handle this is to do all your selections per cycle while the door is slightly open and then click start. The top will show a countdown timer of 4 seconds in which you can shut the door and then it starts. I mention this because if you get the top buttons, upon shutting the dishwasher door the buttons can "disappear" under the counter which is what you want anyways when the dishwasher is placed and pushed back into position. The value I put as a five rating because my wife and I waited and purchased this on a sale for around $630 (I refused to pay the over $800 price).

I have had this dishwasher for 8 months. We are please with it. Easy to use/clean. Always cleans all the dishes and silverware. We have never had to re-wash.

This dishwasher is awesome., You will not know it is on until u go keep checking. Silence is golden and the dishes come out clean as a whistle.

I’ve had this dishwasher for about 6 months so I feel as if I can write a real review now. Cons 1. Doesn’t dry well unless you add the extra dry option and jet dry. 2. Prongs fall over easily when loading dishes and the space between the prongs can be awkward. 3. It takes 3 hours to wash a normal load with the much needed extra dry option. Pros 1. 3rd rack is very useful 2. Quiet Overall I wish I would have done more work when buying this dishwasher, I’m not happy with how it drys and find myself redrying items after the load is done. Also the WiFi feature is not that amazing, it took a while to figure it out and not worth the money.

My new LG dishwasher looks great, gets dishes very clean with no spotting and is amazingly quiet compared to my old GE dishwasher. So far I’m very pleased.

The Top Control Dishwasher is truly very efficient and truly easy to use. In a way, sometimes I tell friends that I now wish that my former dish washer would have failed sooner. Without question, I would highly recommend it. Additionally, your installers were so efficient in both the installation and in their reviews with me.

Very quiet easy to use. Leaves a lot of water on dishes after cycle. Unless you use jet dry and select the heated or extra dry option.

We purchased to replace the dishwasher in the home we purchased. We love the sleek design and it runs so quietly.

I like the third rack and the ability to raise or lower the second rack. Its quiet and much more engery efficient than my last dishwasher!

This dishwasher is on par with the HIGH dollar dishwashers. Quiet as a church mouse. Has a ton of features which includes WiFi. Problem is, it came with a cracked drain tube. It leaked under my tile. I caught it early enough and contacted LG warranty. they weren’t friendly and put me through the run-around for 3 days. Mind you this is a 2 week old appliance. I was finally able to get LG to send the rep out and have it fixed. GREAT dishwasher mediocre warranty.

Not only is this appliance beautiful, but it cleans beautifully. Its quiet and I love the extra shelf for the larger cooking utensils.

Great when it works!!Not work the price if only lasts a year or so. Geek squad provided excellent service!! A&E services is the worst repair company. Purchased in 2018. Was great for a year then the top control panel broke. Had it replaced with the warranty. Then it started shutting off, beeping and showing HE. Called LG they said to do a reset. ( Turn off, unplug, wait then plug back in) it worked for a short time. Then a month later it did it again did the rest and that didn’t work. No steam or anything. Called again they said it will need to be repaired. Called geek squad they set up an appointment with A&E to come fix it. 2weeks later A&E never showed up for the appointment. Called A&E and they said I canceled. I let them know why would I do that it is not fun washing dishes by hand either kids!! Then Scheduled another appointment. This time called before the appointment and A&E said they would have to reschedule. I rescheduled again then didn’t show up or call me to say they couldn’t make it. So I called A&E and the lady said I will send the technician a message to call you and he should be there before 7pm. My appointment was 1pm-5pm. Still no call and show. I call back and the A&E office is closed, then get a message right after stating a new appointment is set for 7 days later. Well now I know A&E is really awful!!! 3 no shows almost 2 months with out a working dishwasher. Talked with geek squad and it was so great they made up for the horrible headache with A&E service.

I love this smart dishwasher. The three tray option is essential and its very quiet.

The dishwasher looks good and washes dishes thoroughly and very quietly, lots of room for different shapes.
