The dishes come out sparkling every time, no matter how many are placed in it. I love the silverware holder which keeps each utensil in a separate slot. It has three drawers with folding tines for odd size dishes. The controls are amazing allowing any size load, and it has a display showing the length of the cycle. I love the sound it plays when it's all finished.

So far so good

Has cleaned dishes without spots on them. The third tray is nice to have and the shelves being adjustable is a plus.

Obviously designed for looks only, by someone that doesn't actually use the unit. Other than the silverware rack decent unit.
