Love this dishwasher. It's super quiet, and literally washes the dishes. The instructions say to simply scrap off the food and that is exactly what I do. I have never had to re-wash a dish and sometimes I don't run the dishwasher for a couple days. Have never regretted this purchase.

This is the prettiest & quietist dishwasher I've ever owned.I love the third rack & am very pleased with he way my dishes turn out clean & dry.

This dishwasher is great. Cleans well and it’s quiet. Dishes don’t always come out dry, but that’s not a big deal to us.

This dishwasher is pretty good. The only issue I’ve had is the drying feature . Dishes still seem to be wet once the cycle is over.

Purchased this dishwasher because of the high ratings, 3 racks and quietness. We are not disappointed. If I were to make a suggestion it would be to have the bottom rack grid closer. The openings are a bit large which limits smaller items to be placed in the bottom.

Don’t like water left on cups in top rack. Hard to see what cycle it is on. Cleans dishes well. Adequate capacity.

Its nice, it works, it does not dry as well as my old one, and fingerprints / smudges on the exterior look kinda bad...

This is by far the worse appliance I have ever spent money on. Known design flaw that lets moisture into the main circuit board housing and the part is over $200. Also dont you think a dishwasher should last more than 12 months before it breaks? Well apparently mind did not get the memo and it broke down. Went through a lengthy process for the warrenty(lg's not geek squad) to finally get it fixed, which took almost 2 months. Now a year later its broke....AGAIN!!!! Thats insane to pay this much money for a product to be fixed when the up front cost was $800. LG your dishwashers are horrible and your customer service is just as bad!!! Never buying another LG product again!!! (and this was after buying all LG products for my new home, fridge, washer dryer, oven, dishwasher and microwave)

In September 2017 we purchased this dishwasher as part of a kitchen remodel. At first, we loved it but that soon ended. After just a few months it stopped responding when we touched any buttons but worked again after turning the breaker off and back on. In May of 2018, it stopped working completely. We contacted LG and they requested an appliance repair shop to come out. He stated that the computer was fried and he had to order a new one. That was the last we heard from him (we acknowledge that LG is not responsible for that). After several weeks LG gave us contact info for another shop but that one refuses to work on LG warranties. We found this very odd that they would refuse work. Since then we have spent countless hours on the phone trying to get this dishwasher fixed or replaced. Now 3 months later and we still have a nonfunctioning dishwasher with no clue when it will.

I do like it. I just wish the two top levels was more adjustable. It's hard to fit cups on the 2nd she'll and sometimes on the top the silverware is too big and you can't let both sides of it be deep like the one side.

never had a water spot problem with my previous bosch dishwasher but I'm seeing some water spots. same detergent was used.

It's not perfect, but we are doing less prewashing and only a item here and there need to be re-washed.

Great dishwasher, my only con is it doesn’t dry plastic items, they’re always still wet after the wash

It’s a great dishwasher but it takes 3 hours to do the dishes and it doesn’t dry as well as my old one.

Great service, great dishwasher. Delivered faster than anyone else, with friendly service. Great product with a knowledge that if it breaks in the next 5 years, Best Buy will fix it or replace it!

Shortly after we purchased this the top of the display panel cracked, then washing became intermittent and it would die way short of finishing the wash cycle. Then we called Geek Squad, and it took over a month to get it fixed because they had to order a part that was on back order. We babied the thing ever since and one year later it cracked again! We called Geek Squad and they wouldn't come out because it was still functioning (Why did I spend that money then???), low and behold as we could foresee (but Geek Squad apparently could not - go figure!) within a few months it stopped working, now we have to go through the whole thing again and we've only had it less than 3 years! DO NOT BUY LG DISHWASHERS they are shoddy at best (and expensive!)

Nice, quiet Dishwasher with tons of options. The ability to customize your own preferences is next-level technology

It has several features that are really nice. It’s louder than I expected but overall is a good machine

Needed an upgrade from our previous model of dishwasher and selected this one from LG. Great space for large pots and neat top shelf for small items such as lids. Dishes are clean but note you will need a rinse aid to get dishes fully dry.

I like it. Emails when done ( not that useful really!!!) i hope it lasts 10 years like my old one....!
