Great until it won't power on.

It just will not power on. Purchased in October 2019 and it stopped working in May 2020. You would think that the Manufacturer's Warranty would be helpful, but LG continues to say they will send someone out only for no one to show up. LG's customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

I’ve only had it since March 1 but it didn’t get installed until the end of March. It’s now the middle of June and I have to call for service.

If you close the door to hard it won’t start either, and we don’t ever slam the door. Very very finicky and we are very very disappointed! Do not recommend .

Spent over $800.00 on it. It wasn’t installed timely, and I’ve had to call the Geek Squad twice to come fix the latch. I’ve been able to use it like 4 times in the 3 weeks I’ve owned it. My entire purchase experience has been a total nightmare. Just bc it’s expensive and is LG doesn’t mean it’s a good product. Save your money and buy something cheaper.
