DOES NOT CLEAN & FELL APART IN LESS THAN 5 MONTHS. If I do not COMPLETELY SCRUB EVERYTHING by hand has to be run again so what's the point of a dishwasher??? The Entire bottom rack collapsed w/in 5 months. Purchased warranty for add'l $129. 1/6/20 Called Geek Squad, advised would send a new bottom rack. 2/26/20...As of Today, Geek squad can not explain why I have a piece of junk dishwasher & THEY NEVER SENT ME A NEW BOTTOM RACK ALMOST 2 MONTHS LATER...That I should call LG????

My wife usually rinse the dishes and silverware before placing it in dishwasher but silverware seems unwashed especially in top shelf. This dishwasher doesn’t dry. Unfortunately I bought two dishwashers. I wish I returned both but didn’t go through the hassle.

Weaker Power Board

Then, Power is out again after 1.5years since that board replaced. It would be better to buy new one instead of repair it.

Dishwasher works well but do not like the drying

Top panel started scracking

It has shorted out and messes with my circuit breaker if you put on heavy setting. The top panel also started cracking. I spent over $700 on this dish washer and it’s been a waste of money. Go with Bosch instead.

Leaked from the start
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Shortly after buying this, we noticed the door not sealing properly. It became worse quickly to the point where water was leaking out of the sides of the door. The dishwasher also started to turn off mid-cycle apparently because it thought the door was open. Due to past experiences with Best Buy, we opted to not even bother trying to return the product to their store or deal with their customer "service" so we will see how good LG customer service is and hope for the best.

Now, it is April 2019 and it is no longer working. The new LG dishwasher that we bought last year already needs to be replaced. So, don't buy GE or LG products. The 10 year warranty stamped in big letters on the front of the LG Dishwasher is only for the motor and does not include any other parts or labor. Buried deep in the manual, it says that there is only a limited one year warranty (page 58). Their customer service also thinks this is funny and laughs at customer who call and complain.

Extremely disappointed

Setup was very easy and it installed with no problems. After turning the water and power back on to check for leaks it was time for the “final check” a run in turbo cycle. Only made it part way through the very first run to get a IE error. I checked all of the suggestions in the manual(water turned on, supply line not linked, good water pressure, leveled, airgap arch in drain) I’ve rechecked everything and tried to run it a dozen times, only to have it stop with another IE error. So basically I have a brand new dishwasher that’s out of warranty that has never worked.

No LEDs light up, not response from the touch pad. It’s useless at this point. Lots of other people saying the same thing online. What a shame.

We have filtered and soft water and that didn’t make a difference. The panel with all the controls cracked and then finally broke and we couldn’t even turn it on.

Heating Element

We started getting the error message "HE." The tech replaced the panel ($150) but said that probably wouldn't fix it for long. He was right. It started with the "HE" again a couple of days later. He said they would have to order a "harness" to try and fix it and that would take a long time to get in AND would be even more costs for labor. It's ridiculous to spend this much on a dishwasher that barely lasted 2 years. I paid over $1000 for it then and now I'm going to likely need a brand new dishwasher.
