Worst dishwasher, terrible customer service!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We have had this dishwasher less than a year and already had multiple issues and technicians out to see it. First, it goes on these beeping fits where it won’t stop beeping in the middle of a cycle, you can’t turn it off or make it stop. It’s very loud and endless. Next, it just stopped working, and wouldn’t turn on, the screen flashed and made low pitched sounds for a few minutes and then just shuts off. I had to wait a week for a technician, wash dishes by hand in the mean time, and the technician didn’t even bother to come or call during the time frame that I was waiting for them. They still haven’t arrived! I called customer service and they don’t know his location or status. Buying this dishwasher was a huge regret, More hassle than it’s worth!

Quit after 2 years

Bought new from Best Buy and stopped working just after 90 days. Have contacted LG over 10 times with broken promises and no resolution. Will NEVER purchase LG again. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with and this was NOT a cheap purchase.

If you want dry dishes don't buy this dishwasher!

The dishes are supposed to get hot in the hot water and dry themselves. Unfortunately, dishes and silverware are sopping wet after the dishwasher is finished. The interior and door remains coated in condensation and never completely dries. The Best Buy salespeople were great, however. We were able to return the dishwasher and order a different brand. We would NOT recommend this dishwasher but would definitely recommend Best Buy!

Not reliable, only lasted 3 yrs
