Great item to add DVD abilities to thin laptop

I had an adapter for my MacBook pro and it fit, so I returned this item

Stopped working after light use

Does not work in a car

Ended up returning it, not sure if I had a bad one or not but never had the chance to decide if i liked it or not

Not made to last

And then I only used it for 30 minutes to do my exercise cds. Now my computer won't recognize it even after trying all the tweaks I found online.

Then argued with me about giving me the disc back. So disappointed
