    Best Buy has been great! The refrigerator I originally purchased was a bit large for my kitchen andcthey came right out and exchanged it for a different one that fits perfectly. I will always shop at Best Buy for any appliance and more, Thank you!

    there was fine scratches on my refrigerator when i received it, and a nice deep scratch in my kitchen wood floor when they replaced it during the replacement. not one person has called me from BB!!!!
