Since then the fridge has made lots of different sounds throughout the day, but always seemed to work like normal. Today (10/21/20), the freezer completely died, all my food is waste and ice completely melted. The back of the fridge is making a loud sound that I can hear 3 rooms away. I called LG for warranty tech to come out, come to find out in all of ATLANTA there is not ONE tech specialized to fix this fridge because of a new refrigerant system 4600A. So now I have to wait for 48 hours for someone to call me back to see if they can find a tech to fix it. In the meantime I have to listen to the noise and throw out hundreds of dollars of food.

Came with all components to change door direction. Well packaged which I appreciate, didn't show up damaged. We needed a smaller unit for our kitchen and thankfully this was available, all other new units were just too big to fit.
