From the initial shopping through the purchase and the delivery we were thrilled with the Best Buy process. This large capacity unit is perfect for people like us who are looking for convenience with no bells and whistles. Extra kudos to the two gentlemen who made the delivery and installation easy and comfortable.

This refrigerator is great. It seems to have a capacity much bigger than my previous french door model. I can see all the stored food easily. The freezer has a good capacity also. So far, great!

We bought this fridge when our compressor went out and have found it to be perfect for our small family. We needed it to open from the right to the left (instead of how it is standardly manufactured). Best Buy delivered this seamlessly and changed the door on fridge at our house. Very good product and great service.

When we FINALLY got the refrigerator (no thanks to the original installing sub-contractors), we were very pleased with it. THanks to the final installers and their courtesy, education, cooperation and terrific service we are pleased with the result.

Nice looking refrigerator. Spacious and holds everything we needed. But, it makes very obnoxious loud noise. Top and bottom doors stick and the whole refrigerator comes forward when trying to open (very annoying). I am returning and upgrading to a better LG model. Not terrible but not great either.

We have talked to 8-10 people about this dent with no resolution. Our payment is due today and we planned to pay in full but will not do so until this is resolved. If we don't get resolution soon we ask that you pick up this refrigerator and we will go elsewhere.

Bought this a year ago to upgrade a much smaller unit, this has been great for us, and the finish is outstanding

Love this fridge. Only complaint is the freezer door can be a bit squeaky, but after going online to see how to fix, it seems this is a very common problem with bottom freezer fridges, so it is not specific to this brand or model. Would buy again!

Delivery crew was on time and did a very good job of delivery and installation and explained features.

Amazing experience and 100x better than our recent attempted purchase at Home Depot and Lowes. In-stock, lower price and same week delivery! Also delivery people were great and took such great care making sure they did everything the right way.

So far so good. We wanted a simple fridge with no extras or frills to break, like our last fridge. For a family of 4, we keep this thing stocked up to about 80% and it meets all our needs. I'd buy again or recommend at this point. We'll check back in a few years.

It's a little large for my space but I love it. It makes a humming sound every once in awhile, not that noticeable once you get used to it. Purchasing was easy, salesman was knowledgeable and very helpful. Delivery guys were so very nice, fast and very careful.

While I like this fridge for the most part, it often seems pretty loud when it’s running. While it might not seem like a big deal it does add a certain stress to the room just listening to it’s vibrating hum. At some point will get a service on it to see what they can find.
