    Unsless bin divider.

    This refrigerator has a door bin divider that does not stay in place. Every time the door is opened, the items on the shelf shift and or fall down. This is problematic. There are no variable height shelves inside.

    The fridge looks great, cools nicely, but makes a weird noise every 5 min… been a couple weeks, ugh… sending it back

    Best Buy stole from me. They didn’t connect the water line. They didn’t place the refrigerator and they didn’t haul away the old one even though I paid for it. Disgraceful conduct by a major corporation.

    We canceled our order. We wanted to purchase from Best Buy and even agreed to a 3.5 week wait. I was given a 12 window for delivery on May 2. I received a text the night before saying we would another text with information and a four hour window. That worried me and I chatted with a Best Buy agent. They said it would be here on May 2. I still hadn’t heard anything by the PM on May 2nd. I chatted again. Assured it was coming. Received an email at 6:00 saying my delivery was canceled. I went to the store I talked on the phone with a Geek Squad member May 12 was the soonest but he could keep trying. I went to Lowe’s bought a fridge that will be delivered today. Spent an hour on the phone with Best Buy cancelling my order. Never buying another appliance from Best Buy!

    this fridge often makes a buzzing noise and I have to push on the door to try to make it stop. it seems to cool and freeze just fine.

    I have had this LG refrigerator for just over 2 years and the compressor had gone out on it twice!!! I will never buy another LG refrigerator again!!!

    Don’t buy appliances at Best Buy

    This refrigerator broke down after 18 days!!!!! Best Buy will only accept returns or exchanges for 14 days. So we were out of luck!!!! They wouldn’t even talk with us at our local store. They just handed up a sticker with an 800 number to call LG directly. So we have to wait two weeks for. Repair man to come! So no fridge until Christmas!!!!

    The unit was damaged upon arrival

    The refrigerator was damaged upon arrival. Not one Best Buy representative contacted me. It was a week and a half before I was notified my order had been cancelled. I attempted numerous times to call the store without any response.

    A refrigerator never Got

    I purchased this in the Store.When delivery time came it would not fit thru my doors.The person did not attempt to alter the hindges on refrigerator so it was returned as refused.This has been over a month and I am still receiving a bill for an item I do not have. I Talk to several people on phone ,Gone to Store no results.The bill is due now my credit score is messed up because of BESTBUY.RIDICULOUS

    Great Refrigerator- poor construction

    I love the refrigerator and the freezer. I am extremely angry that the sales person lied to me to tell me that the front of the refrigerator was magnetic. I like to hang different pictures on the front plus my calendar. This cannot be done because there is no metal I wish he would have been honest.

    It’s a year old and the compressor has failed. The tech came out last week without the part. We are now in the second week without a working fridge. LG says they’ll reimburse us for the loss of food, but seriously, could you go 2 weeks without a fridge?

    This isn’t a bad unit except the main refrigerator door hangs up. So you really have to make sure it’s closed or the door alarm will go off as soon as you sit down.

    Weak Compressor and Weak Shelves

    2 years to the day after purchase the compressor failed. Have the BB service plan but they outsourced repairs to LG. Also, the glass shelves span the entire width of the refrigerator but aren't thick enough and bow downward in the middle under the weight of items placed on them.

    Very Disappointing

    Didn’t happen as item not in warehouse when came time to deliver it. Very disappointing. Had to drive to BB store 1hr away after being transferred and placed on hold for over 45mins it find out what happened and plan for future delivery….. store supervisor very helpful but all round poor phone service. I will be thinking twice about future purchases given this experience

    DO NOT BUY!! Apparently this refrigerator has a problem with faulty compressers...also found out lg pays for positive reviews! We thought we were buying quality but definitely did not receive it. It took over a week for gerk squad to come out and now we found that the problem is the board....it will take another week to 10 days if we are lucky to get it fixed! Save yourself the stress and go with another brand!
