    NEW AND BROKEN REFRIDGERATOR AND FREZZER

    I only gave a star since I had to give one. This is the worst purchase I have ever made from Best Buy. It is also my 2nd fridge. 2 hours after delivery it turned off, when I unplugged it per customer service and plugged it back in it worked, then 3 days laters errors came up on the display. Best Buy would not like me return it for a new one but set up a geek squad appointment for 6 days later. Worst decision I made was going back to Best Buy to get a new fridge. Oh and dont forget that the customer service agent on the day of delivery said he would have a check for $160.00 sent to me and guess what here we are 9 days later and it still has not arrived and now I was told today it was going to be a gift card. I dont even want to use the $150.00 gift card I got with the new fridge. I never want to go to Best Buy again.

    This refrigerator has a door bin divider that does not stay in place. Every time the door is opened, the items on the shelf shift and or fall down. This is problematic. There are no variable height shelves inside.

    Waiting for a replacement freezer basket. The divider is defective. Didn't realize the adjustable shelves notches are limited. Can't put taller items without losing the use of a whole shelf.

    The worst delivery experience I have ever had. Was reassured by 2 people that with delivery they would put in a water line and install. The delivery drivers were EXTREMELY rude, refused to install do the installation. I attempted to get some resolution through multiple outreaches to customer service and have not received any response. I would not recommend any purchases from Best Buy.

    The fridge looks great, cools nicely, but makes a weird noise every 5 min… been a couple weeks, ugh… sending it back

    this fridge often makes a buzzing noise and I have to push on the door to try to make it stop. it seems to cool and freeze just fine.

    Don’t buy appliances at Best Buy

    This refrigerator broke down after 18 days!!!!! Best Buy will only accept returns or exchanges for 14 days. So we were out of luck!!!! They wouldn’t even talk with us at our local store. They just handed up a sticker with an 800 number to call LG directly. So we have to wait two weeks for. Repair man to come! So no fridge until Christmas!!!!

    Best Buy stole from me. They didn’t connect the water line. They didn’t place the refrigerator and they didn’t haul away the old one even though I paid for it. Disgraceful conduct by a major corporation.

    The refrigerator was damaged upon arrival. Not one Best Buy representative contacted me. It was a week and a half before I was notified my order had been cancelled. I attempted numerous times to call the store without any response.

    I have had this LG refrigerator for just over 2 years and the compressor had gone out on it twice!!! I will never buy another LG refrigerator again!!!

    A refrigerator never Got

    I purchased this in the Store.When delivery time came it would not fit thru my doors.The person did not attempt to alter the hindges on refrigerator so it was returned as refused.This has been over a month and I am still receiving a bill for an item I do not have. I Talk to several people on phone ,Gone to Store no results.The bill is due now my credit score is messed up because of BESTBUY.RIDICULOUS

    We canceled our order. We wanted to purchase from Best Buy and even agreed to a 3.5 week wait. I was given a 12 window for delivery on May 2. I received a text the night before saying we would another text with information and a four hour window. That worried me and I chatted with a Best Buy agent. They said it would be here on May 2. I still hadn’t heard anything by the PM on May 2nd. I chatted again. Assured it was coming. Received an email at 6:00 saying my delivery was canceled. I went to the store I talked on the phone with a Geek Squad member May 12 was the soonest but he could keep trying. I went to Lowe’s bought a fridge that will be delivered today. Spent an hour on the phone with Best Buy cancelling my order. Never buying another appliance from Best Buy!

    I love the refrigerator and the freezer. I am extremely angry that the sales person lied to me to tell me that the front of the refrigerator was magnetic. I like to hang different pictures on the front plus my calendar. This cannot be done because there is no metal I wish he would have been honest.
