    Not great quality like the older LG products. Ice maker stopped working after 4 months. The bottom slide door for the freezer is not as convenient as the older swing door design. Mediocre product in my opinion.

    Already having issues in less than a month. Going to need servicing or replacing already. It gets extremely loud and it’s clear that a fan is broken or hitting something.

    I understand that all equipment may have a dud once in a while but I really think the reason why it was about the box product it wasn’t handled properly and the issue didn’t become apparent until I bought it, there was an internal leak and it wouldn’t get cold enough my ice cream melted it was just a big cooler

    I've had this fridge for one year and a few months, and the "Main Control Board" and the "Temperature Sensor" have broken down. Seeing as, zero of our previous fridges have ever broken down since we take really good care of our appliances, we did not expect this. Especially because its so new. Very disappointing. Now those parts and labor are an added expense for me, despite it being the makers faulty mechanics/tech.

    I purchased LG brand fridge because "was different" (usually good quality) .... lost "suction" after less than 1 yr., Because I purchased it w/o warranty (was quite expensive), I'm concluding that this product is NOT a good quality!

    Advertised as fingerprint and smudge proof resistant - simply not true Also be advised that the interior side shelves are not adjustable so there is no way to maximize space and function

    Cheaply made. Skimped on better quality parts and assembly. Leveling feet are plastic and slide on hard wood floors. Very annoying bell after 60 seconds that can’t be disarmed.

    Beautiful fridge/freezer that isn’t worth the price. Spent almost 1800.00 and it barely last 2 years. Customer service through Best Buy and LG has been very confusing and stressful.

    Klunking noise

    I am having periodic klunking noises with my LG 25.5 Cubic foot frig/freezer. I am not using the ice maker and believe I turned it off per instructions, but it still makes the klunking noise. Can you help me please?

    Save your money! the bottom drawer roller fell out a couple of months ago and yesterday the top and bottom doesn't cool any more. waste of money. conveniently stopped working after the insurance expires. if I could give this product a 0 star I would.

    Top handle broken after only 9 months. Then freezer not keeping food frozen. Ice cream melting at 33 degrees fahrenheit. Not living up to my Kenmore at all. Overpriced for a problematic appliance. Best Buy called the handle disconnecting "an accident." Please.

    I have no words to describe how disappointed I'm with this refrigerator, 2 years and half and he is gone I don't know how and why! It cannot be repaired, what I been told all the damage is internal. So disappointed.

    I Just Purchased This Refrigerator and It’s Making A Loud Knocking Noise. I’m Never Buying Anything From Best Buy Outlet Again. I Bought To Items From Them and Both Are No Good.
