    Refrigerator was brought to us brand new broken lights don’t work does not cool, Best Buy has failed to return my phone call, I’m out $1600 on a piece of crap refrigerator and they don’t return phone calls to remedy the situation.

    This is my 2nd one in 2 years. Right at Christmas this broke and now we have to Waite for parts. I had to go out and buy a small fridge, so I have something its going on 1 week and with a house full for Christmas had to do something.

    Three refrigerators were delivered and defective. Doors did not close properly and condensation formed on frame. We had to push the doors closed. The gaskets are paper thin. Do not recommend.

    Can not turn off the open door alarm! This is not a good Frig. and if I knew that I could not turn off the door alarm, I would not have purchased this. Also, the drawers leak.

    I was promised an appointment on 6/29 to adjust a problem with the ice maker. No one showed or called. I think that your service department stinks. I now have to wait until 7/3 to have a service person repair a new machine.

    The ice maker did not work. Buying a new appliance is usually an exciting experience. That’s not what I’m feeling about this purchase. Finding a number to call was difficult the Robo chat was a bust

    Refrigerator makes a continuous rattling noise and the handle does not come with hole covers. It looks like a returned piece of merchandise at a discount. Not happy for the cost and it is not how the floor model looked.

    Stopping working a year after purchase. We purchased the protection plan but they can't find anyone to work on it. It is a complete mess and we have been without a fridge for 2 months now. Not what we signed up for.

    We set a delivery date for a Fridge 2 weeks advance at the date so at the date to the delivery they said they brought the fridge on different location and than they will delivery in 2 more weeks ,what a waste of time dealing with this peoples. Never again!
