I am a very picky person, but can't understand why anyone wouldn't give this 5 stars across the board. We are all so very blessed in many ways & this is a wonderful luxury. This replaced a 25+ year old frig we had & I must say that it's the nicest frig/freezer I have ever had or probably will have in my lifetime. I really don't feel deserving of such a nice appliance & feel so spoiled! The deliverers were so nice & did a fantastic job setting it up & getting it ready. We put our food in coolers & iced it all down, but it cooled so quickly, we were able to put all of the food back in before bedtime. Just love the ice maker & where it's located. I already ordered a replacement filter which won't be needed until around Thanksgiving. The LED lighting is so incredible...you can see everything! To keep the shelves nice, we installed colorful rubber transparent mats which work great. It has great suction & the insulation is so much more efficient than our old frig. It's so spacious! We just love it & you will too. I highly, highly recommend this!

Nice fridge! Plenty of space. Bright lighting and clean design.

My advice is to check first if there is an LG certified repair facility near your location. You will need it. Purchased this model just over two years ago. It stopped cooling and Best Buy tech came out to check it. Found the compressor had failed. We were directed to contact LG Customer Support for scheduling a certified LG repair facility to fix it. This is as far as we have gotten after a number of calls. No service has been scheduled and we are still living out of ice chests. Online information is showing there is a known durability issue with the LG inline compressors used in this unit but LG continues to sell it knowing it won't last the full warranty period. This is not a product or company I would recommend to anyone. Their customer service and support fall far short of any expectation. Their product is basically a hollow shell in our kitchen now.

Very quiet and nice looking , however when i started loading things into it, i realized the shelf height was not tall enough for my water pitcher , and when i raised one shelf up it made the other shelf area too small for anything useful, the door shelves were also not proper for my water pitcher , so all and all i do not like the shelf set up , seems limited. I traded it in for a unit with split shelves and better door pockets.

The perfect size refrigerator for our kitchen and our needs I am surprised at how it seems to have more room than our old unit that was rated as larger. Great price and delivery service.

Keeps my food and drinks cold has a good overall amount of storage space and I would buy it again

This is a very nice refrigerator. It is deeper than our previous one of same height and width and has much greater capacity. I like the way it is "tiered" so that more things are visible at once.

Delivery and installation was first rate. Have had this one for 3 weeks and it works great. The inside size is really worth the extra cost. Ice maker makes plenty of ice and is cold enough to keep the cubes from freezing up.

Wonderful wide shelves that hold a full-size pan! Love the bottom freezer, it's much easier to access and holds half-size pans when I cater events. The ice cubes are my favorite thing, though--consistent sized rectangular cubes, not too large. I don't know how I lived without it!

We replaced our smaller top freezer refrigerator and chest freezer with this spacious bottom freezer refrigerator and are so pleased. It took a little adjustment time to efficiently use the slide out freezer drawers but now everything fits nicely, stays evenly frozen and organized. The refrigerator is so roomy and easy to clean. The drawers for fruit and veggies are smooth sliding.

We love our new fridge! It’s so roomy and looks beautiful! We are so proud of this purchase!! Lots more room and the freezer on bottom is so much better!!

Great purchase! I would recommend this LG to anyone. The freezer is very large and shelves in refrigerator are easy to clean

It meets our needs. It was our second choice due to limited stock. Unfortunately my appointment was changed 2 times after I had taken time off work. It's pretty roomy but the shelves don't have as much adjustment as the higher level model. The price was more than I wanted to pay but we needed a refrigerator quickly.

This appliance has lots of room for all your refrigerator needs and has a beautiful finish that makes your kitchen complete. The ice taste good too!

Don't be fooled by the CR great rating, I too loved this when we got it, but after 3.5 years the compressor is shot, lost everything in the freezer. Worst customer support ever, operator in the Islands tells me she can't find a tech to work on it, they'll reach out to me in a couple days to schedule something! Where am I? Going to look for another brand

I have now had the LG refrigerator for 1-1/2 years. It stopped getting cold a week ago. The compressor, which LG has said they upgraded form the old one that kept failing, has failed. customer service is dragging their feet on fixing the warranty problem telling me that they cannot find a service tech in my area (greater Portland, OR.) Which i find hard to believe. I purchased this fridge because of the high ratings it received, and we liked the layout of the fridge. we want to really like this fridge, but according to my research the new style compressor that they started using is just as bad as the failure of a compressor they had before. The fridge I replaced this unit with was a Kenmore made by LG. it failed after only 7 years! I will NEVER trust another LG product again.
