    After just over 3 years, fridge is dead. Diagnostic tool says everything is working... Maybe Should I check if there is diagnostics for the diagnostic tool?

    I paid over $ 1,500 for this and it didn’t even last 3 years ! Never again will I buy LG or Samsung .

    Died Less then 3 years

    Fridge operated loud when i purchase. had LG out twice to look at it, but since it was still cooling would not do anything about it. Compressor die last night. fridge only lasted less then 3 years

    5 Years Max

    All Samsung Refrigerators are Lemons, we had trouble with ours in the first week and in 5 years, 3months after the extended warranty ended it finally started leak and make load noise. I have friends and their Refrigerators are goin on 15-20 years without any issues. So far we tried an LG=5 years, Samsung+5 years. We will try others and see if they past the 5 year mark. This why you will see Samsung's & LG's 1/2 off sales because of their reputation with the consumers

    Freezer drawer not an option again

    Freezer compartment drawer pure crap. Sides freeze. Drawer frosts up. Either wont open or won't shut. Just of us gone all day. Freezer drawer opened minimally daily. Defrosting a freezer in 2023. Lost $$$$$ in food while unplugging to defrost. One year old

    So almost immediately after we bought it, ice collects at the back of the refrigerator and it makes a very loud buzzing sound on and off throughout the day. It's very disappointing. I finally wanted to have this looked into and discovered that, sadly, the warranty is only 1 year. They probably knew the quality is low which is why they only cover it for 1 year.

    It’s ridiculous Best Buy is asking me to rate a product they have YET to deliver even though I specifically bought this one since it was in stock. So, yeah, the pics are nice.

    1st IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE HERE ON A WED, BUT IT DIDNT COME TO SAT. I HAD FOOD TO SPOIL. ABOUT 200.00 WORTH. OK THEY BROUGH IT IN AND SET IT UP AND LEFT. DIDNT BOTHER TO SEE IF IT WAS WORKING. IT WAS NOT. I HAVE A BROKE LEG AND COULD NOT DO ANYTHING.

    Incorrect Specifications

    We never even got to try out this fridge - because the measurements are INCORRECT. Away the Best Buy delivery van just went. This is NOT 29" without the door as per the specifications. Do not be fooled by the online measurements.
