The refrigerator works great, lots of room and the bottom freezer is large with easy access. The only problem is that it is 1/4" wider than our old one so it was a tight fit, but i knew that when we bought it. It didn't come with anything but an icemaker but i didn't want the other bells and whistles anyway.

I'm very happy with my purchase this refrigerator is very nice. Even though it was open box satisfactory it came good as new. Very spacious, it doesn't freeze my produce like my old fridge used to do. The vegetable drawers are small that's my only complaint, but the small wide drawer underneath makes up for that in a way. The fridge does make a noise here there not sure if it's normal however it doesn't interfere with its performance so don't mind it at all. Overall very very satisfied with LG.

I waited a couple of years to purchase a new refrigerator. I had purchased several items over the past few years from Best Buy with no issues. Till now. I had to wait for a month for delivery- not a problem.i took the day off work for the delivery. Day of delivery came and was cancelled due to a technical issue. I needed to wait till 5 pm to schedule. I called to reschedule someone did they would try to get me an earlier date than 12.24 No one called me back. I was able to reschedule To 12. 21 on the app Delivery #2- delivery scheduled for 11-1 Received a message giving confirmation of delivery. Next message received was around 11:30 asking me to reschedule. When I called in to reschedule,I was told someone called in sick @7:30am. My question is why it took over 4 hours for me to be notified. Delivery #3 Finally delivered. Refrigerator as some paint damage on the sides I asked for some kind of credit I was told i could return it and reorder. My biggest issue isn’t the product it’s the lack of Customer Service and support lack of follow through.

We really like this refrigerator. It has alot more room than the old one plus this model runs so quiet I'm not sure when it's on. My online order was ready 30 days early and pickup went very smooth. I did purchase the protect agreement In case we have problems, can cancel if need be also. I would recommend this refrigerator.

This is the perfect refrigerator for us! We love it! Lots of space and love the deli drawer and produce bins! No water, but we didn't want the water spout. Does have an ice maker. We're very happy with this refrigerator!

Bigger than the 15-year old LG that I was replacing. Plenty of room in both the refrigerator and the freezer. Was used to split shelves, but getting use to the straight shelves. Attractive exterior styling. Overall, so far so good.

It has been good but I’m bit concerned about how it doesn’t get cold my milk is sometimes warm but I think I might got a bad refrigetor I’ll add call them see if we can get the insurance to replace it

Love the size fits great for a smaller kitchen since I have min options for a fridge that can be functional in the space provided by a older home kitchen layout while still looking new in style

This is a great fridge that will meet every expectation for basic necessities. We were not looking for top of the line. We just needed something that would look good, and most of all last. It’s a simple design, but it works. Why fix something that isn’t broken? So far we have not had any issues and we’re extremely happy with the overall performance. It makes a little noise when the ice maker runs, but it’s not terrible and there’s a funky configuration of freezer space. But it ultimately doesn’t affect the overall functionality. You can still lay a frozen pizza flat in the bottom drawer and you can adjust the divider provided.

I don’t have a big space for refrigerator but this one fit perfectly. Everythjng about it is awesome. Good size of space and freeze have plenty of room and ice maker too

Very spacious inside, we have a very specific space in our kitchen for our refrigerator and most fridges were too wide. This is the only one we found that fit our dimensions and it was perfect! I like that we were able to reverse the door and make it open the other way. Overall very pleased with the purchase.

Much bigger than the French door. I only wish i could change the size of the ice cubes. I had a smaller than normal space to put the fridge so only had a few options but I'm very happy with this one.

I love my refrigerator and it doesn't take long to completely get to temp and start making ice

I love my new stainless steel refrigerator.. It doesn’t have a water dispenser like most up to date models but it does have an ice maker which always has plenty of ice ready when I need it. You can never go wrong with LG…

Beautiful LG refrigerator. I renovate homes for long term leasing or to sell. LG are my go to appliance for dependability, function, beauty & price point. Best Buy has the best delivery service, as well. This refrigerator has so many functions comparator other brands twice the price. Looks perfect, & the inside layout adequately holds all groceries for the week to include several slots for milk gallons, 64 ounce juice containers & such. The handles are substantial & quality made. Love LG!

Excellent refrigerator! It is easy to open and close the door. Well-lit and the ice maker is quiet.

I couldn't be happier with this purchase. First, the salesman was very thorough with helping my wife and I measure the fridge because it is a very specific height and width to fit where the old one was. A perfect fit! We love the glossy stainless and the fact that fingerprints are non-existent and it easily wipes down with a microfiber cloth. The interior layout is very spacious and the ice-maker works great. I also like the sliding dividers on the door and in the freezer. I would recommend this highly.

This was our only choice on the sales floor for a bottom freezer with an ice maker which also fit in our space. I’m very happy with it although we had to replace our first one because the hinges were tightened too tight by the factory to reverse the door handle on the first one that was delivered.
