Good looks, but has freezer issues
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is a good looking refrigerator but we have had issues with the freezer side since the purchase was made. LG has been difficult to work with in getting the issue resolved. It took 4 service calls for the issue to be finally resolved. I'm still not convinced the issue won't come back. LG customer service has been flat out awful.

LG - A Lemon
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We have a 6 year old refrigerator LG Sie by Side Built In. We have already spent more than $3,000 to fix the repeated problems with cooling of the freezer. No help from LG, you can be sure we will never buy any of their products again!
