We have been on the market for a french door refrigerator with dual ice makers for a while. We were really into a Samsung one but even after they fixed the ice machine in the newer models, people were still having a lot of problems. I thought we would just have to settle without dual ice makers and in came this LG. I was worried that it wasn't a lot of cubic feet bigger than our old one, but this fits everything perfectly and it keeps it more organized. You can put the drawers on fruit or vegetables. In a lot of reviews people talk about the fridge ice maker being small. Yes, it is. However, they have placed this in the door behind condiment shelves where it is not taking up any space on the shelves. Also, the freezer ice maker makes up for the space in the top because the ice bin is large and holds quite a bit. You can add the LG app and add the fridge. It will tell you if there are any issues and how often the fridge and freezer are open and things. This also has an ice plus feature that is supposed to boost ice production. I have used it once, but didn't notice a large increase. It lasts for 24 hours. They say to plug the fridge in and give in 2 to 3 hours to get up to temp. The ice will not start producing until the fridge reaches 15 degrees. We did get a couple batches of ice the first day, but it did take a few days to really get production going. Our fridge was at temp in about 2 hours. The print proof is not 100%. For the most part prints fade, but some stick. I am so, so happy with this purchase. The fridge fits so great in the kitchen and looks really sleek and high end. Everytime the fridge is opened the display turns on and shows the temps on both freezer and fridge. The freezer keeps everything ice cold and holds a lot of items. I was concerned that it was not going to come with an ice bin in the freezer because the specs say no it doesn't, but was very happy to see that it does come with one. Both ice makers have their own on and off switchs. So, if you want to turn one off you can without turning off both. It came with a filter for the water and it was easy to install. It is on the top inside the fridge and the cover pulls down and the filter just twists on. The shelves can be adjusted to different heights. You do not have to move the whole shelf all the way across. They are separated in half so if you want one lower and one higher you can. In fact, in my picture I moved one up to fit milks underneath. If the doors are open for a long period of time both the fridge and freezer part will make a noise to alert you that it is open. My last fridge did the same, but it took some time for the noise to come on. This one starts to alarm you pretty quick. I did have some issues getting my local store on the phone to answer questions I had, but the customer service when you call in or use their messenger is really great and helpful. We picked it up and installed this fridge ourselves so if you do this, be careful because the handles will probably need to come off or even the whole doors to fit through an entry door. We didn’t have any issues though taking those off, getting it in the house on a dolly, and set up. I highly recommend getting this fridge if you are considering it.

I loved the option of having the icemaker in the door to have more internal space. Also wanted to have the additional crisper space that my current fridge didn't have. Now having owned it for a month....Love that everything is "visible" on our shelves and eye level. So much more room than my old fridge. I wish the shelves were movable but I've learned to work with it. The ice maker in the freezer takes a couple days to fill but love having it. Dinged one star because the temp on the door is always visible and having to double press to switch between water/ice. It also took a bit longer than it should have to synch to the app.

We are liking our new LG fridge. I found a great price on it for the Memorial Day sale so I grabbed it. I’ve been shopping around for an LG fridge with good reviews and price and happy to have found this one. There is a lot of space inside for our family of six. The Shelves can be adjusted so you can fit whatever size you need for various items. We also have plenty of room for things in the side doors. There are two ice makers and we always have plenty of ice. We like the filtered water and it comes out cold and quickly too. The temp setting for the fridge and freezer are easy to see and set right on the front of the door. There are three drawers inside the fridge with plenty of space for our produce and one long one we use for meats and cheeses. I was nervous about having a lower level pull out freezer, (after having a side by side for several years), but I actually really like the freezer. Nothing falls out when we open the freezer now and everything’s well contained in two separate areas of the freezer. I like how there’s a separate freezer drawer that pulls out inside the freezer. It’s easy to find everything in there. I’m very happy with the fingerprint resistant stainless steel and it hasn’t shown hardly any marks yet with our busy house. If the door doesn’t shut all the way an alarm goes off. That feature has helped us many times. I know there’s many options available for the fridge I’m not even familiar with yet. Wifi, etc. I can’t think of anything we don’t like about the fridge. I would definitely recommend it.

So far-- great. After years of issues with our very expensive GE Profile, the repair company (not Best Buy) told us to find another refrigerator. Considering the issues we had with the GE, we wanted another brand. This seemed to come close to what we had. Upon on-line and in person research, it quickly became apparent that they all look alike inside! We couldn't find anything that truly stood out among any of the brands. This model happened to go on sale when we were looking and we really couldn't find a reason to spend more on another model. There are a couple of tiny details that we missed in the on-line description (this model was not on the floor to see in person). The shelves are adjustable but they're really not. You really only have two ways to adjust spacing with the shelves the main compartment and the door shelves do not adjust at all. It's no big deal-- The configuration will be good enough 99% of the time. There will be a very rare time when you may need more height and may have to remove one side of the shelf above. I imagine that will be very very rare. Our previous fridge had one glass shelf that could slide back (we probably did that once or twice over the six year we had that refrigerator). The door ice maker on this LG is smaller than what we had before but the flip side is the door shelves are LARGER (just not adjustable). We chose this model because it came with a bottom ice maker for additional ice when we have guests. There were other more expensive models in which the bottom ice maker makes "craft" ice balls. Honestly, I think they would be "cool" (pun intended) but I really didn't see the value in spending $700 more for craft ice (although come to think of it, maybe those models provide more shelf adjustment??). What we gave up from our old: more shelf adjustment ability and the collapsable glass shelf, a video screen in which we could upload family pictures, and a dedicated drop down egg carton holder and butter keeper compartment with a door. What we gained: wider left door shelves, a much quieter operating unit and saved a LOT of money. The comparable GE unit to our old one sells for $3,200 and no longer comes with the video screen or the second ice maker (you have to pay extra for the second ice maker). This LG unit was roughly $1,800. Again, all of the choices, no matter the brand, all looked so much alike that I really couldn't see a reason to spend more. There was one Kitchen Aid with a truly beautiful/stunning interior (but it had a smaller overall capacity). We have a top of the line LG OLED TV from Best Buy that has operated perfectly and now it looks like we have an LG refrigerator that also does what it's supposed to.

This Beautiful Printproof Black Stainless Refrigerator is Awesome. We are very Happy with it. It has dual icemakers, one thru the door with the water and a larger icemaker in the freezer area that can be turned off if not needed. The freezer has a lot of space. The Refrigerator is very large with plenty of large shelves on the door and lots room inside with Adjustable shelves.

The delivery was perfect and professional. Thank you Geek Squad!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It's our 2nd LG French Door refrigerator. The first one lasted over 12 years. It's one of the reasons we picked LG again. It's roomy, has 2 types of ice selections and front water dispenser. Love the dark stainless steel, the fingerprints don't show as much compared to our first one. This model has wifi connection to the app, helps reminding to replace the filter and runs at it best. We loved our old model top shelf adjustable with more divided compartments much better. We feel the glass shelves not as sturdy compared to the previous model.

Nice refrigerator and very spacious. But don’t be fooled this refrigerator is not print proof. It is a beautiful refrigerator but not print proof as they state And shows up scratches very easy. Drawers are nice and spacious. but you need both doors on the fridge to be opened in order to open the drawers since they are as wide as the fridge. We have been needing a new refrigerator for a while. This water and ice dispenser stopped working on our old unit. We knew to many friends and family with Samsung fridges that have Either stopped working or the ice maker needed to be repaired. So we never had a LG product and thought let’s give it a try. So far no issues, the fridge area is perfect for my large family, the freezer space could be a bit bigger. It would be nice if the door open to long chime could be adjusted or Acknowledged so the chime will quit. We got the black stainless steel with dual ice maker and could not be more happier.

I like this fridge a lot BUT 1 - the self closing doors don’t close. You give them a push & they just get close then stop. You have to give it a hard push then everything in the door rattles when you slam it. 2 - the freezer gets really cold…like that. Like the double ice maker. 3 - the numbers on the door are NOT the interior temps but the temp settings. It would have been so easy to make the display the actual temps 4 - biggest gripe - the fridge portion never reaches the temp setting. I’ve bought several thermometers because I was concerned about the interior temps not seeming cold. I’ve got it set to lowest setting (33) and the lowest it’s ever gotten is 36. It was closed all night & it’s registering 40. Going to contact LG. 5 - the interior shelves are not adjustable so the only place to put anything tall is in the door & only the left door holds anything wide (milk!) 6 - not sure what the ‘lock’ feature does. Does not lock the door

Lots of space for family of 4 and entertaining! Very easy to clean and user friendly. Highly recommended for anyone that entertains - the middle tray is a godsend!

My family love this refrigerator, some of the features like the dual ice maker did it for us now we never run out of ice. The space inside will amazing you on how big this LG refrigerator actually has in it. I would recommend this brand and refrigerator to anyone looking for replacement or even an upgrade.

Love my new fridge.I have so much more room.love that it does not show fingerprints. The freezer area was a bit smaller than in my old freezer, and not crazy about the water filter . water from the water filter tastes a bit strange. All in all I love the new fridge. Love the color choice I made, and have never owned an LG product.

Haven't had it long but it works great. Other reviews stated the icemaker was loud. It is a little but it's in the door so it to be expected. Duel icemaker is great for coolers or just extra ice. Alot of space for items. Third party delivery sucked. Was supposed to ask where we wanted it located but only asked if we wanted it in or out of box and put it in the garage. I can handle and it was Better because I could take my time and not destroy anything.

Love everything about this refrigerator; space in freezer chest, dual ice maker, the refrigerator layout and just wipe clean with a dry cloth - no fingerprints!

Everything about the fridge is great. It’s bright inside, the air filter smells great, clean and the drawers are smooth to open and close. This was a HUGE upgrade from our 2013 Armada model. The only thing I personally, just absolutely find super annoying is when you leave the door open longer than 30 seconds, it starts a repeated alarm chime. I get it’s a reminder to close the door, but when I’m putting up groceries, especially during the holidays, it would be nice to turn that off or snooze it temporarily. The inside is very customizable and the freezer space is as well.

LOVE this fridge. LG’s black stainless is the perfect color- not too dark. Plenty of lighting and shelving in this fridge, and no fingerprints! The dual ice maker is already a plus!! No complaints!

After months of research and shopping, I purchased this LG refrigerator. After owning it a year, I'm quite pleased with it! Has just enough bells and whistles, without going overboard. Dual ice maker is user friendly and even though the ice container in the door is small, you can flip a switch to make/send more ice to a bin in the freezer when needed. Sleek design that's well suited for both modern and traditional kitchens.

First new refrigerator in a lot of years, never had the double door with freezer on bottom before. Seems like a huge amount more room inside. Also very glad we picked the black, no touch finish. It is just gorgeous and don’t have the problem of constantly having to clean front like we do with stainless front dishwasher we have.
