    Nothing but problems

    We have had nothing but problems with this fridge. it makes loud noises from time to time and leaks water from the ice maker. it all started after the 15 return policy from best buy was up. then we called LG and they won't fix it unless they see it leak which is intermittent or they hear the noise. we took pictures of the leak and they will not except that. So we are stuck with a fridge that makes noise and leaks because nobody will even look at it.

    Freezer is horrible

    The freezer is awful! There is frost all over everything constantly. Had technician here only yo tell me its because its hot out and the heat gets in it. Ummm. I have air conditioner on. Ice maker is broken after 4 months. Thank goodness for being a total tech member and the amazing people at my best buy.

    Seems to work okay, but it's supposed to link to my WiFi via the app and won't connect. I've contacted LG about it multiple times and they promise to get back to me... and they never do. Contacted BestBuy with my "TOTAL TECH SUPPORT PACKAGE" about getting help and a hour and a half later they made zero progress and told me to contact LG again. In conclusion, I'm sure this stuff will break and get zero support then too. I wish I had bought another brand.

    Pay for and rate it but w/o it for 2 months!

    Cant rate the refrigerator. Bought it 12/31/2022 and won’t be delivered til March. Of course, I had to pay for it already and will have been without it for a minimum of 2 months!

    On 4 days over three weeks I prepared for delivery without success. Multiple excuses from BB contractors. Finally delivered but with damage to my new carpet. Disappointed and disgusted just begin to describe my dissatisfaction. A Dedicated shopper for over 30 years until now.

    Buzzes LOUDLY and now leaks water from the top water connection, all down the back and inside. Delivered 30 days ago. Dealing with LG now...out of return window.

    Really bad product or lemon sale

    Lemon product. If I could, would give it a 0. It keeps breaking every 4-5 months since the time of purchase. Makes noise as though a lawn mower is running and stops cooling and dispensing water and ice. Best Buy would not take any complaints as they want to keep selling their service plan. Be careful when you buy your major appliance from them.

    Lower ice maker has flooded the floor

    Bottom ice make fill line freezes repeatedly and floods out which has ruined our baseboards. Have tried multiple times to clear the line and let it operate. Each time it freezes and floods. Our only fix was to turn it off and not use.

    Ice Dispenser went out after 1 day. Luckily, waited only a week for a replacement. Been good for two days.

    The bottom orange water hose that supplies the ice maker started leaking all over my floor. The fridge is only three months old. I won’t buy an LG product again.

    Water dispenser would not shut off

    Nice looking fridge, but on Christmas morning the water dispenser would not shut off. We had water throughout the kitchen. The only way to stop the water from flooding out the house was to remove the entire waterline. 2 days later I’m still trying to get a hold of LG for repairs.

    For the past 2 months your warehouse has brought the wrong refrigerator. Numerous attempts and every single time they bring a different refrigerator.

    We bought the one what was in the store when they post to deliver it they did not have it so we had to go back and get a stainless one. Not a black stainless.

    Noisy ventilator after 2 months of usage, LG claims it is frost buildup and refuses to fix. Defrosting did not help, stay away from LG folks! Had same problems with Samsung before.

    The freezer door doesn't seal and ice crystals build up inside the freezer. There is also a fan in the freezer that, after a couple months, started making a loud noise, presumably from ice build up on it. Flushed $2k down the drain.
