Shopped and shopped looking for the perfect refrigerator and after doing a lot of research including consumer reports landed on this LG model refrigerator. Only had it for a couple of weeks but love it especially love the dual icemaker.

The front of the fridge will not hold magnets, but why would clutter up the beautiful finish with magnets?!?! The dual ice maker is a great plus, and the ice and water dispenser is slimmer than other models out there gives it a little bit more space for juices or small bottles.

The first one ran for an hour then the fan started making noise and we got an error code. The error code was a serious enough one the unit had to be replaced. FIVE days later they brought a new one. So far this one works. HOWEVER, the water tastes like plastic. Our Samsung never had this problem. We flushed the filter with well over 20 gallons of water. Still tastes like plastic. LG could offer no help other than what was in the script. (Did you get a new water line? Did you flush the filter?) Google this problem. Many people have it. So while it does keep the food cool, it isn't doing everything it was supposed to for the money. And the Best Buy service after my receiving the broken unit was laughable. Regretting this whole purchase.

I love this new fridge! The stainless finish doesn’t hardly smudge. The taste of the filtered water is really good and the dispenser fits a lot of different sizes is containers. I love the layout and I am really enjoying having everything in such day access.

I was frustrated with the Samsung that came with our house 4 years ago. I have more faith in LG products so I was glad to get my new fridge. It maintains perfect temperatures in both the freezer and the refrigerator. A bonus was the second ice maker in the freezer compartment.

At first I was very leery about getting a fridge with the freezer on the bottom. It didn’t take long to love it. It gives SOOO much more room in the refrigerator and pretty much the same amount of space on the freezer section. Good price and I love LG products

I am happy with this refrigerator. I like the French door layout. The water and ice dispenser work well. The doors slam shut if you put too many thingS on the shelves on the doors. So you can only load them with lighter weight items. I’m happy with this refrigerator.

Had this fridge about a month now and have not had any issues. It works great and quiet. From ordering online, picking up curbside, the process was easy and fast. Store workers were quick and we were on our way in no time. Do wish they had delivery in my area.

The sales people with Best Buy are great, they stand behind their products and go out of their way to help you before and after the sale of the appliance. The LG refrigerator works great, the print proof is a nice option. I’m very happy with it so far, we will down the road.

I absolutely LOVE this refrigerator! I researched for months before I decided which one to purchase. I have had it for a few months and could not be happier. I will never go to another style. It's so roomy, I love everything about it!

Love it! The dual ice maker is awesome. After having a Samsung for 5 years with all the troubles of its ice maker constantly freezing up and having numerous service calls to no avail, I am over the moon happy with my new LG.

Incredible fridge. We were going to spend $800-$1000 more because my wife wanted the additional handle/slide above the freezer, but this one has it built within and keeps the size smaller. Well worth the savings and we still have plenty of room.

Wonderful refrigerator! Love the “knock” feature to see how much milk is left before heading to the store and the door-in-door feature to easily grab items stored in the door. It is very quiet.

The refrigerator works great. I particularly like the ice maker and water which provides a cool refreshing drink. The door shelves are wide and hold ample space for bottles and juice boxes.

Beautiful and better yet the ice Maker works! Delivery was scheduled and on scheduled. Very professional. Prior refrigerator was a Samsung and only 7 years old, ice maker stopped working. Hoping this lasts 10 to 12 years. Have LG washer and drier, 8 years old and they are great!

Nicely designed, with some great features. But for some reason, the fridge never gets cooler than 37F. I know that's the recommended temperature, but it often gets up to 41, even with the door closed for hours. I'd be happy if it was 37 on the average, but that's as cool as it gets, even if I've set the "temperature control" to 33F. This is disappointing. The freezer does not have this problem, and its temperature stays close to its setting. I've used calibrated thermometers, so this is not measurement error.

I really like this refrigerator. So far so good. The bottom freezer drawers are a bit small for my family, but that’s because we buy a lot of frozen food for storage. The ice maker is nice with the top ice maker and also the freezer tray where the ice drops down.

Great product, great service. The person who help me let me know my old Best Buy card ran out so we were able to fix that with no problems. I used to have one of these just like it but the newer model is much better.

Nice French Door Refrigerator .......... after 4 hours running empty it produced ice both top and bottom......thanks for the tip from the installer to do that ........... great service from Best Buy installers.

Looked at many other refrigerators. found this one and liked the double ice makers. Two things the wife would have liked to have seen. Pull out shelves which our previous refrigerator had, and better dispensary of the crushed ice, as it tends to be a little messy when filling a cup.
