I absolutely LOVE this refrigerator! I researched for months before I decided which one to purchase. I have had it for a few months and could not be happier. I will never go to another style. It's so roomy, I love everything about it!

The refrigerator is definitely an upgrade from the builder appliance that I had previously with that being said, I am waiting for the third one to be sent to me. I’ve been assured that the issues that I’ve had with the freezer temperature being at the temperature that it should be, is not common And I’m hoping the third time is a charm. I will say Best Buy‘s customer service has been excellent and I have had no issues. I like the dual ice option and it gives us plenty of ice consider I haven’t had a unit for more than 20 days I can’t give more of a detailed review.

This stainless steel refrigerator is the perfect addition to our brand new suite of LG appliances for our kitchen remodel. We could have purchased any one of LG's refrigerators, but we chose this one due to its elegant appearance and functionality. Its performance lives up to LG's reputation and we are more than satisfied with our decision that was based upon the many recommendations we reviewed across numerous retailers. You can certainly purchase a more expensive refrigerator, but we believe this model possesses the perfect balance of style and functionality at a great value. Additionally, Best Buy's price, warranty and quality delivery service are difficult to beat.

I really like this refrigerator. So far so good. The bottom freezer drawers are a bit small for my family, but that’s because we buy a lot of frozen food for storage. The ice maker is nice with the top ice maker and also the freezer tray where the ice drops down.

This fridge is one of the few that accommodates ice maker both on the front door and in the freezer. Other models that do have this feature do not use the space efficiently, We love this Fridge and the Best Buy techs were great.

Beautiful and better yet the ice Maker works! Delivery was scheduled and on scheduled. Very professional. Prior refrigerator was a Samsung and only 7 years old, ice maker stopped working. Hoping this lasts 10 to 12 years. Have LG washer and drier, 8 years old and they are great!

I love this refrigerator so far. You don't have to worry about whether or not it was left open. It will beep until it is closed. It sometimes get on my nerves because it will beep if I'm in it. You don't have to worry about buying a bag of ice because it makes plenty.

I am pleased with my new refrigerator. I looked at a lot of refrigerators before I selected this one. I didn’t realize it had dual ice makers so for me that was an unexpected bonus.

Looked at many other refrigerators. found this one and liked the double ice makers. Two things the wife would have liked to have seen. Pull out shelves which our previous refrigerator had, and better dispensary of the crushed ice, as it tends to be a little messy when filling a cup.

Good fridge, but it's odd to me that if you want ice from the door and it was last set to dispense water, you need to tap ice twice (same is true the other way around): once to wake the keypad up, and once to actually make the selection. It took some getting used to. Also, fridge and freezer temperature indicators on the ice/water panel seem odd to me. For me, they are set-it-and-forget-it values. So having them so prominently on the door detracts from what could be a cleaner exterior look. (with generally useless info) Also, tall bottle storage is a trick. There is some room for it on the lowest right-hand door compartment. But that is a pretty popular spot, and it seems like we're shuffling for space more than has been typical with other fridges. Ice maker is slow. But since there are two, this isn't usually a problem. But if you empty one of the ice bins to chill down a cooler, it takes a few days before it's full again. This is a lot of negativity for a 4-star review, but it does seem to be of solid build quality.

The fridge is an excellent addition to any kitchen. It does take a day to get to functional temperatures but the product works great and the dual ice functions enables a whole lot more in terms of functionality for people who drink significant iced beverages!

HAVEN'T HAD A CHANCE TO INSTALL THE UNIT YET AS THE KITCHEN IS IN THE PROCESS OF A REBUILD, BUT I CAN SAY THAT THIS MACHINE LOOKS AWESOME! THE LINES ARE MUCH BETTER THAN EVEN THE SAMSUNG AND OTHER MAKES. THE FACT YOU DON'T LOOSE STRAGE IN THE DOOR BECAUSE OF THE ICE MACHINE IS AWESOME!

I would give this a 5, but it takes a while for ice to be made. It takes about 48 hours for ice to start being made, and it does not make ice fast. Still trying to figure why ice cream won’t harden, but overall very satisfied with our purchase. Great storage space. Great looking refrigerator. Well made.

This is a great refrigerator. My previous fridge did not have nearly as many features so I am enjoying filtered water in the door as well as the larger size. It is still new so I will revise my review if I have any issues.

This overall is a nice fridge. Its roomy and the dual ice makers are a plus. The only draw back that I can see is that the ice sometimes over shoots the glass rim and you will have a few stray cubes on the floor. Other then that, it's a great fridge.

So far we are very pleased with this LG Refrigerator. Love having the 2 ice makers. Best Buy price match customer service was great to work with. Looking forward to buying a new LG dishwasher at best buy as well.

The installation went great. The guys were very professional and got their work done in a very efficient manner. The spacing of shelves works out great and the dual ice maker is a feature that is great leaving more space in the fridge for other items.

So for I am enjoying the fridge. The icemaker in the door of all French door models seem to all have issues and hold small qty of Ice. I specifically chose this LG model with a second icemaker in the freezer drawer. So far both are cranking out a lot of compact, very hard ice cubes.

Love it. We bought the equivalent model a year ago but in included it in the sale of our old house. When we moved we knew we needed it in our new house. It’s spacious and functions exactly how you’d want your fridge to.
