I opened it and i central the fan with my hand and the noise was gone. And everything is ok now.

Just over 1 year, all the drawers are breaking

This was the first time I have ever purchased brand new appliances. I've always either had them come with the house or I buy them used. We did research and purchased matching appliances from Samsung we thought would be great in our new kitchen. I was wrong for all three appliances we purchased (fridge, oven, dishwasher). The fridge gets two stars because it does keep things cold. The issue? All the plastic drawers/parts inside the fridge are crap. Just after a year in our new kitchen, the freezer slide out tray is completely broken, wheels fallen off. Other drawers cracked and broken as well. How long was the warranty good for? One year. When did it all start falling apart? Just AFTER one year. The fridge is still functional, still keeps things cold, but to fix/replace all the drawers would cost hundreds of dollars. This should not happen with a brand new appliance.

Due to Covid 19 we had to buy this without seeing it in person. The description online was informative and accurate. With the help of Andrew who spoke with us over the phone, we were able to purchase and set up delivery with ease. Andrew was extremely helpful and we like the refrigerator even more than we thought we might.
