Great help from Best Buy

Tried all options in the troubleshooting section, none of which corrected the problem. Also called LG and Best Buy Geek Squad. Thankfully for the return/exchange policy Best Buy has, I was able to return for a new unit which works great! I’m very pleased with my new LG and would recommend this appliance.

My complaints are minor: the audible alarm if I leave the refrigerator door open too long is not very loud, which kind of defeats its purpose. The left-side door with the water and ice dispenser is a bit awkward, but that's probably because I'm just not used to it yet. Otherwise, this refrigerator/freezer is great.
