With the freezer drawer we don’t have to bend over to get things out of the fridge anymore. Love everything about this fridge. The way things are organized. The temp Control. The alarm if the door is left open. Best refrigerator we have ever owned.

Service tech Dina was very helpful in identifying the issue and setting up a service call

Decent Fridge For The Money

I could only find 2 available for immediate pickup. The ones I really wanted would take months to arrive. Of an available Samsung and LG I chose the LG because I have many LG appliances. I wanted a French Door fridge, but now find that you have to open the 2 french doors all the way, in order to open the deli drawer in the fridge. And that drawer is where most frequently used items are stored. I like being able to see everything in the fridge, or everything in the freezer at a glance. I'm rather disappointed in the lack of adjust-ability of the shelves. Difficult to place tall bottles (wine) especially if they have been opened. The quality is average. It does the job. But I would get a French Door fridge with the separate/external deli drawer. Also, the ice making is meager and makes only half-sized cubes. This is so it could fit inside the door. There is an additional ice-maker in the freezer, but it takes a long time to make ice also. I wanted solid gloss black, but only had black stainless to choose from. The rest of my appliances are black, but the fridge doesn't stand out too much being rather different in color.
