The fridge has worked flawlessly. The service at the store was great when I went in to view the different models available . I was replacing a fridge that was only 3 years old . A lot of places were back ordered for several weeks . I ordered on line and had it within 10 days .

So clean inside and out, dual ice maker is a plus.

our problem was it took 11 days for a floor model to be delivered we shop Best Buy for all our needs , was very disappointed. BUT WE WILL BE BACK All EMPLOYEES WERE VERY NICE

This fridge has the ice maker in the door, so there is a lot of storage on the doors.

Left door closes very heavily / almost slams because of ice maker.

We had bought the Samsung side by side two drawer side by side that looked so good. Two years later with 4 new attempts to make the ice machine work right - we moved and dumped it ! This LG is so much better in quality. Sooo much happier with this fridge.

I really really like it. I love the color it will go really well in my kitchen.

Refrigerator works fine the only thing is everything on this one is opposite of our old one. All the drawers have the handle grip to open up the drawers on the bottom instead of at the top. That is taking some getting used to. Also it says it's suppose to be Print Proof Stainless Steel and it isn't. You can definitely see fingerprints on it.

water in the dispenser is not getting cold the ice maker is good

Delivery was good but the freezer door handle was dented when they tried to bring through front door. Unfortunately i didn't notice until i took wrapping off of the drawer. They sent a new handle and asked me to install it. I'm older and not sure i can. Here's trying!

Outstanding refrigerator, but with only one shortcoming...it does not have an enclosed area to store butter. Had this feature on an earlier refrigerator (Kenmore Elite) made by LG and it was wonderful. Allowed the butter to remain fresh but not to get too cold & hard.

Refrigerator was good...installation not so good. Installers didn't install water line that was included because they didn't have the parts. They were more anxious to leave so door on left side has a loose handle that I am unable to tighten. Also,product shown in picture was not what was delivered

Great fridge so far! We replaced our 19 year refrigerator with this beauty and so far, we love almost everything about it. The one thing I don’t like about it is that the front is not magnetic:( In the overall scheme of things, not that big of a deal.

It lacks on major features but it is a nice size and gets the job done.

After shopping and looking at every fridge at Best Buy, we chose this LG fridge. The features of the fridge were everything we were looking for and the adjustable shelves and ice maker capacity were two of the things that sold us. Everything about this is exactly what we were looking for.
