our problem was it took 11 days for a floor model to be delivered we shop Best Buy for all our needs , was very disappointed. BUT WE WILL BE BACK All EMPLOYEES WERE VERY NICE

The fridge is nice and big with adjustable shelving and an indoor water feature that's easy to operate. Within just a few times of using it after following the directions the water comes out clear and the ice is great. Wished the water came out a little colder but it's still good.

I purchased this to replace a GE dual icemaker fridge. All in all a very good fridge. Just one small complaint regarding the bottom icemaker. Due to the design, some ice cubes fall out of the tray as it is not covered like the GE was.

Exactly what we were looking for, even though it doesn't have the door in door, great value for the price. Don't really use the smart features but it's nice and modern and we enjoy the look

I was unsure of purchasing this fridge due to the reviews about noise and the open door alert. But honestly I don’t have any issues with noise and the door is a simple short tone that lets me know door is open. I love my fridge

Really like the new refrigerator. The gentlemen who installed it were very nice, professional and helpful! I did comparitive shopping and felt the value at Best Buy was good and the ability to get the refrigerator quickly was a big plus.

I love my fridge! Now that we finally got one that is perfect I just love how it works. Its fun to use the app to make sure its functioning efficiently, and now that its installed properly its a joy to have. Worth the money for sure.

I like it because the ice maker is not taking up space in the frig.

This is my second LG Refrigerator. Love the dual ice machine. It does make a lot of ice. But I do not like the taste of the water and ice. My other one had a much better flavor/taste to it. Hoping it improves with time,

We love our new LG Fridge! Would be 5 stars except the water and ice maker user interface is a little awkward. We often end up with water going everywhere. Otherwise the LG Fridge is awesome!

Great fridge, just hold your cup up and close after you release the lever or ice flies all over the place. I also hear it running, which these days, that shouldn’t happen.

I love the LG Refrigerator I purchased from Best Buy I waited 6 weeks for the delivery. When I received the refrigerator it was damage on the front door panel. Now I must wait another 6 weeks for a new refrigerator to be delivered. Wish me luck that the next refrigerator is not damaged.

I love how much room there is and that there are separate drawers for fruits and vegetables and meat/cheeses. The best part is having the ice maker in the freezer door instead of taking up a shelf space in the freezer.

The installation team was first class. On-time, efficient, and provided exceptional service. Would give them the highest recommendation.
