I love the LG Refrigerator I purchased from Best Buy I waited 6 weeks for the delivery. When I received the refrigerator it was damage on the front door panel. Now I must wait another 6 weeks for a new refrigerator to be delivered. Wish me luck that the next refrigerator is not damaged.

The installation team was first class. On-time, efficient, and provided exceptional service. Would give them the highest recommendation.

I love how much room there is and that there are separate drawers for fruits and vegetables and meat/cheeses. The best part is having the ice maker in the freezer door instead of taking up a shelf space in the freezer.

This is a great fridge! I ordered online and picked it up at the store. super easy, friendly staff. The fridge has tons of room and works great!

This is a spacious refrigerator---lots of room for everything---large freezer capacity, lots of shelves in the frig part jars of sauces and dressings. Not much room for upright wine bottles. The ice crusher is a little sloppy when filling a glass, but it's only water, so not a big deal.

I did quite a bit of shopping around before I decided on this refrigerator. LG is a highly rated brand, and I checked customer reviews on this particular model. When it went on sale, I purchased it.

Worth the money. The value. Best Best sell quality appliances. You wont get junk products from them. High class value.

I am rating the sale not the items as we have not had them delivered yet. They are for a new build which is not complete yet. The sales guys we worked with were great! Very helpful.

Disappointed crush ice ejects in a spray often missing glass and hitting floor. Refrigerator also only transmits set temperature not actual temp of unit. Other qualities are as we expected. Have only had unit a week so is difficult to rate without extended use.

Work well, the only problem is that is a new design for us and the space is different from the one we had before.

Truly the best one out there at this price or most any price. I replace a brand new high end GE provided by my builed with this and is a world of difference in features and ergonimics.

Delivery associates worked diligently and reviewed slightly the product when I asked questions. The head associate worked hard to get my almost too large refrig on the house. Thank you for sending this experienced installer.

Product was exactly what we envisioned. Wish we could turn off the sound effects. Purchased on December 30th but had to wait until February 10th before it delivered. No other choice if we wanted this item.

I love the look and most things about this refrigerator. The only problem we have had so far is storing a 2 liter bottle on the main shelves. We had to take a shelf out as there isn’t much flexibility in moving them. I know another brand has a shelf that slides and allows taller bottles.

This is a beautiful and spacious fridge. That's the end of my positives. We are currently on our 4th one. The first stopped cooling after a week. The second had a faulty water line in back that would spray water against the wall every time we used the through door water dispenser. The third wouldn't dispense ice through the door because of a bad motor. The fourth seemed to be working well until we realized water was leaking from the filter and pooling in the compartment. Could best buy have a bad batch? Or are these fridges really that bad?

THIS FRIDGE IS JUNK. LG IS JUNK. BEST BUY SELLS JUNK. We bought this 11/30/21 and had it delivered 2/18/21. The fridge has never worked, it keeps it at a balmy 60 degrees F even when it's set to the lowest setting. We've gone back and forth from BestBuy to LG and they've sent out multiple techs to replace multiple parts and NOTHING HAS WORKED. It's now 4/29/22 (had the fridge 11 weeks) and it still doesn't work. Do you realize how hard it is to eat and prepare food when you DON'T HAVE A FRIDGE FOR 3 MONTHS? BESTBUY CUSTOMER SERVICE IS USELESS. LG CUSTOMER SERVICE IS USELESS. I WILL NEVER BUY AN LG PRODUCT AGAIN FOR AS LONG AS I LIVE. GOING TO ISSUE A CHARGEBACK TO MY CREDIT CARD ASAP IF THEY CAN'T GET THIS FIGURED OUT.

This refrigerator has a lot of flexibility. The shelves are adjustable and allow you to configure this appliance in any number of ways. I like that this unit also has two ice makers. The installation went great.
