THIS FRIDGE IS JUNK. LG IS JUNK. BEST BUY SELLS JUNK. We bought this 11/30/21 and had it delivered 2/18/21. The fridge has never worked, it keeps it at a balmy 60 degrees F even when it's set to the lowest setting. We've gone back and forth from BestBuy to LG and they've sent out multiple techs to replace multiple parts and NOTHING HAS WORKED. It's now 4/29/22 (had the fridge 11 weeks) and it still doesn't work. Do you realize how hard it is to eat and prepare food when you DON'T HAVE A FRIDGE FOR 3 MONTHS? BESTBUY CUSTOMER SERVICE IS USELESS. LG CUSTOMER SERVICE IS USELESS. I WILL NEVER BUY AN LG PRODUCT AGAIN FOR AS LONG AS I LIVE. GOING TO ISSUE A CHARGEBACK TO MY CREDIT CARD ASAP IF THEY CAN'T GET THIS FIGURED OUT.

My previous refrigerator stopped working. I was looking for one that was top rated for reliability and had the features I wanted without the stuff I didn’t want. I like the dual ice makers. Wish it had a drip tray for the door water ice dispenser.

Worth the money. The value. Best Best sell quality appliances. You wont get junk products from them. High class value.

my ROBERT LAMOUNTAIN was excellent in helping me decide which appliances would work best for me, i purchased a stove, over the stove microwave, refrigerator, and a dishwasher. Love them all

Annoying. But not big problem. 1. Both doors must be wide open to pull out lower drawer in frig. 2 ice dispenser throws ice chips all over.

Work well, the only problem is that is a new design for us and the space is different from the one we had before.

I've had my refrigerator for 1 year now and I love it. When I purchased it, to delivery and to when I called customer service it was excellent. Very easy to deal with the customer service.

Got one with a bump in it for cheap, no regrets. Solid fridge

This refrigerator displayed an error message within 2 hours of being plugged in. The message prevents the door display and its features from being used (ice, water, temperature adjustment, etc.) BestBuy referred me to LG for repair, perhaps rightly so. I have had two service sessions so far, and the problem remains, so I made a 3rd appointment. I understand that this problem was unexpected, but it is a hassle dealing with it and I don't know how it will turn out. This seems like a very good refrigerator if it worked as it should.

Very nice refrigerator to look at, seems well made so far, a little difficult down load app and get it hooked up to WiFi to control temps but we worked through it.

So far we have enjoyed the fridge. The black stainless steel is beautiful. The french doors give east access to either side of the fridge or to view the entire contents at once. I have no complaints yet.

I actually returned this model and opted for the 27.9 cubic feet. I am glad I did. Although I like this fridge, we are a family of 5. Food storage was always an issue with my previous 26 cubic feet side-by-side Whirlpool. I really like this fridge and the French door design.

Great Refrigerator and looks simply amazing. It is also really easy to clean the shelves and operate the water and ice dispenser.

Since my old refrigerator broke, this is a much needed and liked product. I do not use the wi-fi function. The interior space is very nice and easy to use. Love that you can use magnets again!

Great Refrigerator! I would recommend this. Making Ice is a little loud but once the container is somewhat full, it doesn't sound so loud.

We love our refrigerator! The sales person went to great lengths to help us find one with all the features we wanted and one that would fit our space.

This fridge was great for 2 days. The main board and fan took a dump so i had a brand new fridge that needed a repair nowm waitin

The one thing i was disappointed in the purchase was i had to wait 3 weeks to get the refridgerator and had to live out of ice in coolers to keep food safe. And the side of the fridge had a gouge in it
