The Associate was very polite and courteous. She answered all of my questions and even made suggestions about options that I had not even considered. A great purchase experience.

Pleased with the overall purchase with this refrigerator. Do not purchase their water line if you want your water to taste “metal free”. The stainless steel line is against the manufacturer recommendation and Best Buy will still charge you $30 for a $8 pex line.

I got a lot for my money it quite vs the KitchenAid it's not worth the money I had kitchenAid got it fix 3 times and it's still broke down not worth the money. Buy LG I wish had done it before it's cheaper and better.

I had been looking for a new refrigerator for three weeks before selecting the LG 26.2 cu ft stainless steel model. Best Buy had it it in stock and delivered three days later. The design and features are excellent.

The refrigerator looks fantastic in our remodeled kitchen and other stainless appliances.Love how easy the freezer drawer opens! We are seeing a significant electric bill reduction over our 10 year old refrigerator that had leaky gaskets!

Very nice refrigerator to look at, seems well made so far, a little difficult down load app and get it hooked up to WiFi to control temps but we worked through it.

Great Refrigerator and looks simply amazing. It is also really easy to clean the shelves and operate the water and ice dispenser.

My previous refrigerator stopped working. I was looking for one that was top rated for reliability and had the features I wanted without the stuff I didn’t want. I like the dual ice makers. Wish it had a drip tray for the door water ice dispenser.

This refrigerator displayed an error message within 2 hours of being plugged in. The message prevents the door display and its features from being used (ice, water, temperature adjustment, etc.) BestBuy referred me to LG for repair, perhaps rightly so. I have had two service sessions so far, and the problem remains, so I made a 3rd appointment. I understand that this problem was unexpected, but it is a hassle dealing with it and I don't know how it will turn out. This seems like a very good refrigerator if it worked as it should.

I've had my refrigerator for 1 year now and I love it. When I purchased it, to delivery and to when I called customer service it was excellent. Very easy to deal with the customer service.

Annoying. But not big problem. 1. Both doors must be wide open to pull out lower drawer in frig. 2 ice dispenser throws ice chips all over.

Great Refrigerator! I would recommend this. Making Ice is a little loud but once the container is somewhat full, it doesn't sound so loud.

So far we have enjoyed the fridge. The black stainless steel is beautiful. The french doors give east access to either side of the fridge or to view the entire contents at once. I have no complaints yet.

I actually returned this model and opted for the 27.9 cubic feet. I am glad I did. Although I like this fridge, we are a family of 5. Food storage was always an issue with my previous 26 cubic feet side-by-side Whirlpool. I really like this fridge and the French door design.

Since my old refrigerator broke, this is a much needed and liked product. I do not use the wi-fi function. The interior space is very nice and easy to use. Love that you can use magnets again!

We have had for 2 years so far with no issues. Best Buy customer service has been great also.
