The one thing i was disappointed in the purchase was i had to wait 3 weeks to get the refridgerator and had to live out of ice in coolers to keep food safe. And the side of the fridge had a gouge in it

Bought this fridge a couple months ago. Delivery went great and dispensed the water per instructions. After dispensing about 8-10 gallons of water the water had a strong chemical smell and taste. Continued to flushed another 10 or so gallons and the water still smelled and tasted bad. Placed a service request through LG explaining the problem. I received an email telling me to dispense water through the system to get rid of the bad smell and taste. Did another round of dispensing, which did not work. Requested another service call from LG and they assigned a TV and Video company to come service the fridge. I contacted Best Buy and shared the above. They were very good about things and tried to solve the problem. They sent out a service tech who really couldn't do anything and then LG sent out a tech who worked on fridges. He too couldn't give any solutions to the problem, except to replace the door that has the water tank. I went back to Best Buy who ultimately made arrangements to exchange the fridge for another. Next new one arrived and this one too has a slight bad smell and taste to the water. Not sure what to do with this one. I have seen a few reviews for this fridge that have described a bad smell and taste of the water. I'd like to know what LG will do about this fridge as I don't believe it's Best Buys responsibility to fix.

Service was excellant in the store and the delivery crew worked hard setting up the refrigerator. I like the refrigerator it is very easy to see whats inside and reach items. The only problem was there is several places bent on the outside door. You would not think that it is new.

Everything went well fast courteous very pleased i hope all my trips to best buy are the same,

The look is excellent. The design is perfect. But the interior shelve are built with cheap materials, no side support brackets instead using ribs from the side wall. Thus shelve are tilted to the middle and weak. My old LG French doors fridge has way better shelve.

This fridge has a clean sleek modern look. Easy to view contents when opening the doors. I tend to leave the door open to long, so I like the gentle ping, making me aware of leaving the doors open too long. Great fridge!

Love the versatility of the independently adjustable shelves. Great lighting makes it easy to see everything. I just wish there was a way to turn off the chime when you've had the door open a bit too long. The chime goes off too fast IMO, and it's annoying.

Great fridge space. The only thing I didn't notice was I can't put juice bottles standing up but over all it had great space in the fridge area and that's perfect especially if you cook a lot or keep a lot of fruits and veggies in the fridge

Tech did a good job installing new refrigerator and water dispensor hookup

Refrigerator was scratched and dented when delivered. It was returned the same day. No problems with the delivery. Just with how the refund and return is being processed.

Really like this refrigerator. Initially, chose it for the space. The ice maker is located in the door, which makes it easy to access, as well as increases food storage space. One down side, need to remove one of the shelves and/or change the location for a gallon of milk to fit height wise.

I have had this fridge for just over a year! This is a great fridge, it is really nice that it has the beeping feature if the door is not closed, to alarm you.

Really love our new fridge! So far everything works really well. The delivery from Best Buy was smooth and problem free. Delivery guys were super knowledgeable and did a great job!

I purchased this refrigerator about a month ago, so far, I happy with my purchase. It’s very roomy, and unlike my previous refrigerator, it makes no noise, even during ice making, the noise is hardly audible.

I love this refrigerator. The onl thing I would change is to make the bottom crisper into two .Yoi have to open both doors to open the crisper.

I absolutely love my new frig. It is beautiful. Install was smooth and quick. So far it has performed better than expectations. Would buy this again.

The beauty of the LG French Door fridge is only surpassed by its functionality. We are so pleased with our purchase. We've hosted two major gatherings and everyone talked about how attractive the fridge is.

Husband and I recently purchased our first LG appliance. This fridge is amazing! So much storage, two ice machine is a huge plus, and the black stainless steel is beautiful! Great freezer space as well.
