Looked at a number of refrigerators and I ended up getting this one, to replace our current one, and it's the newer version of our original one. Very nice look to it, and wouldn't change a thing.

Ordering online was easy. Delivery was quick. The men who delivered my product were professional. The refrigerator was delivered in perfect condition. No scratches or dents.

We bought the LG to replace our Samsung refrigerator when the freezer died. So far this has been a better purchase. The water filter is so much easier to access as is the ice maker. So far we are extremely pleased with the LG!

The French doors are nice. It beeps very soon if you leave the doors open, which is probably good because they don't close as easily as our side-by-side, so everyone in the family has left it not-quite-closed a bunch of times.

Let’s start by saying this is a good fridge, I just don’t like how heavy the ice maker makes the door slam as the other door has to have a little push to get it closedZ

We wanted a larger refrigerator to replace our 22 cu for GE Profile. This solved all of our issues and we love how organized it is. Everything works and looks great!!!

I purchased this refrigerator because of the design and quality. I love my LG appliances!! I purchased them all at Best Buy at a great price!!

The fridge works ok but it wouldn't have cost that much more money to put an adjustable half shelf on one side or the other. It is either raise the entire shelf. My old fridge the front half would slide underneath the shelf to make room for taller items. Also the water dispenser does not have an auto fill which I was used to. An annoying thing is the choosing the options for ice/water/crushed ice as you have to put the buttons once to activate and again to choose. Not used to that either. The fridge is just OK, likely better than lower priced items but definitely not the caliber I thought LG would be.

Beautiful addition to my kitchen. The only complaint I have is that the water tastes like metal. I thought it would be temporary, but it has been weeks and it still taste bad.

Everything works great and we love it. The pre-measurement service gave us the peace of mind we were looking for.

Install was great, Fridge got cool in about 6 hours or so and continues to be working well. Very happy with my choice.

Great fridge with advanced wireless capabilities. Ample lighting and smooth inner drawers. Only device issue is with the freezer, which has significantly less space than 6 year old Samsung french door it replaced. The installers failed to level the fridge properly, causing the left door to make a loud bang when closing. Also, the manual came with a wrench, but not the needed washers to ensure the right door is able to adjust so the doors can be even across the top. This device is recommended, but ensure the installers complete the job properly. I put in a call to Bestbuy and they managing my complaints accordingly.

Had great help when looking for my fridge. I love it! I couldn't be happier.
