Very happy with the refrigerator. It has plenty of space, runs quietly and seems to be doing a great job keeping the food cold.

The fridge works ok but it wouldn't have cost that much more money to put an adjustable half shelf on one side or the other. It is either raise the entire shelf. My old fridge the front half would slide underneath the shelf to make room for taller items. Also the water dispenser does not have an auto fill which I was used to. An annoying thing is the choosing the options for ice/water/crushed ice as you have to put the buttons once to activate and again to choose. Not used to that either. The fridge is just OK, likely better than lower priced items but definitely not the caliber I thought LG would be.

Item was delivered this weekend. Delivery crew were professional and on time. This fridge is the best one I've ever owned. Quiet and plenty of room! I totally recommend this Fridge!

Great fridge with advanced wireless capabilities. Ample lighting and smooth inner drawers. Only device issue is with the freezer, which has significantly less space than 6 year old Samsung french door it replaced. The installers failed to level the fridge properly, causing the left door to make a loud bang when closing. Also, the manual came with a wrench, but not the needed washers to ensure the right door is able to adjust so the doors can be even across the top. This device is recommended, but ensure the installers complete the job properly. I put in a call to Bestbuy and they managing my complaints accordingly.

Beautiful addition to my kitchen. The only complaint I have is that the water tastes like metal. I thought it would be temporary, but it has been weeks and it still taste bad.

The freezer handle has a dent in it and was noted on the delivery papers and haven’t heard a thing about the new one !! When delivered

The only reason for the 4 stars is the slim produce drawer does not pull all the way out, if there are items to the back of it you have to reach back in because the clear drawer lid only stays stationary it does not pull up

it's been i while I bought this but didn't want to review it right away. I wanted to see how it functions. Its best in quality and lots of space . Go for it

Wolid fridge. Love it but its only been a month so who knows. The 1 star is for its insane depth. My 5ft 1 wife uses a step stool to reCh the top shelf. Kinda. A bummer but there should be heights suggestions

Went from side by side to this awesome French door product after much research! Best Buy was terrific with all aspects too - customer service and delivery.

I’m giving 3 stars only, because we had issues with the fridge, it was in a error state all the time even after restarting it few times and we decided to switch with Whirlpool. My guess was that the fridge wasn’t leveled properly, the delivery and installer guys did some leveling, but I knew that something is still not right with the leveling but I didn’t want to take more risk and chances and decide to return it. The dispenser refused to work for some reason and you can’t even use the display before you do another restart, so we get rid of it.

The refrigerator is beautiful and it functions perfectly. The installers were on time, efficient, friendly and informative.
