Great refrigerator, one thing wrong it is too wide for my 36" space. The door cant open all the way. Now I have to get smaller one to replace it.

All is well so far. Except the water dispenser drips a bit too much for my liking. Other than that its been solid

I purchased this item for my daughter and my grandkids and it is the best refrigerator that I have ever seen. It works great and I like that the freezer is at the bottom.

Exactly what we wanted. LG black stainless that matched the microwave, stove and dishwasher we purchased at Best Buy

Plenty of storage capacity and keeps food at correct temperature.

Do far so good, haven’t been able to figure out the Wi-Fi portion of the fridge but everything else is top quail it’s!

Happy with the fridge. Only disappointed that the shelves cannot be lowered enough. I would have to eliminate one of the shelves to fit a gallon of milk

I love this fridge. This is the best refrigerator I"ve ever owned. Works flawlessly and is beautiful.

Looks nice and bright interior lighting makes finding things easier. Seems of pretty good quality but generally not as robust shelving as I’d like, but no issues so far.

I've almost had this fridge a year now and have had no issues. The only critique I would say is that the external ice dispenser is a little messy.

Working well after I finally got it. This was a replacement I got. The first frig I got was another brand and stopped working in just a week.

Was going to return it but went out of town and is pass 30 days. Like the product but found 2 inherent problems, !-does not hold much cold water since the resovoir is only the pipes, which I was not told about, and 2-You almost have to open both doors every time you need to get into the refrigerator, especially if you need something in the long drawer.

We were looking for a new fridge to replace one the keeps playing up. Found this one and love it.

Purchased 2 months ago only issue was water drip from water dispenser. Turned temperature down and problem was solved

Love this refrigerator! Very spacious and good use of all drawers and door shelves. Really love the drawer inside the freezer too!

Just bought a new home and I haven’t use this fridge yet, but my sister has the same one and she loves it.

The fridge was really nice until it stopped working. Features, size, and price were pretty much unbeatable. The operating noise is great, and the dual ice makers were really handy. At the 9-month mark the freezer fan stopped working, and cooling to the entire unit stopped as well. The warranty service process with LG was a non-stop nightmare. Service would not be scheduled, I had to follow-up daily for weeks to move that forward at all. When I finally found a sympathetic ear I was told the minimum wait time to refund/replace the fridge was 30 days, and food loss coverage tops out at $200. None of this makes sense, and the broken fridge cost me hundreds of dollars in lost food, ice to keep a small amount of food in my home during the warranty process, and I couldn't even count the lost wages in time I had to take off work. If you get a good LG, they're pretty darn nice. If you don't, the warranty process is downright awful.

So far I live this Fridge Slight issue with freezing but I may of had the fridge to cold

I love my new LG. Looks sleek and beautiful and provides the room I need for my growing family. One tiny complaint is I wish the water was a bit colder when coming out of the dispenser. I’m not a fan of putting ice in water.
