If you open the door too long (15 secs), the alarm goes off. The only way to shush it, is to turn on Sabath mode, but then all light display is also off. The water from the fridge is room temp and not cold. The left door where the ice maker is, slams shut due to the weight.

There is a definite lingering pungent taste. I ran 4 gallons through the system right after the refrigerator was installed, water tasted bad. I ran another 4 gallons through the system thinking I must not have gotten all the manufacturing odors out of the lines, still down right horrible after taste that lingers for a long time. It is now early January and water still has not improved. Ice does not get used at all. I fill the refrigerator with bottled water due to the after taste being so bad. Wife thought it was just me, we tried giving some of the water to our daughter and her husband and they immediately asked what was wrong with the water dispenser. Our son did the same thing. Old refrigerator did not have this issue and our sink faucet does not have this issue. This is definitely something with the refrigerator lines or filter causing a problem. Buying another filter tomorrow, if that doesn't fix the issue we will probably return the refrigerator and buy another brand, At this point, I do not recommend this refrigerator, way too much money for a refrigerator that you can not use the ice maker or the water dispenser.
