So far, it words great. The ice maker froze up two times, but I was easily able to thaw it and it works great. It's nice to be able to have the fridge open and still be able to use the ice maker.

I really like the size and layout of this refrigerator. My only complaint is the water from outside the door can easily be spilled leaving water drips down door. Otherwise great priced refrigerator.

Great refrigerator for the money! the only thing I wish it had were some more mounting positions for shelving to give you more versatility and configuration options. But in all honesty I did not check this against other competing models and they may well have the the same mounting options. NO BIGGIE GREAT REFRIGERATOR THUS FAR!

My trusty old refrig died 5 days before I was having 15 people for an all day meeting! I looked on line and then went to Best Buy. The salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable. I picked the LG because it had the amenities I wanted and was in my price range. He was able to work out getting delivery in time for my event!

This was everything we expected and needed. We looked it over in the store and really liked it. It has the taller ice & water that works for water bottles. The ice container isn't huge, but it fills pretty quickly. It's bigger than our old fridge and now we've got all kinds of extra space instead of jamming everything in. Team was fantastic installing it.

I purchased this LG refrigerator to replace a 16 year old LG refrigerator. When installed it was louder than my previous fridge. Customer service didn’t detect any issues and said a 5 degree variance in temperature was normal. 3 years later it’s still loud and the compressor needs to be replaced. Service tech knew as soon as he walked in and heard my fridge it was the compressor. He shared this is an issue with LG and in re-reading reviews I see it in other reviews. I wish I would have continued to press the customer service rep in the beginning, instead I’m now incurring the expense and aggravation!!! If your LG refrigerator is loud do not ignore this issue! If you’ve owned this LG fridge for more than 3 years without issues consider yourself lucky!

Good except ice maker forms ice around outside of bucket on inside door.

Great value for the money. Flexible shelving, fast icemaker, quiet. Wish the water dispenser was a little colder, a little bigger reservoir. Good freezer size.
